To answer my own question , i think they will gain far far more by turning around the company , keeping the listing and raising money at a much higher price.

That is my assessment. Taking over the company cheap with 5g is a lose lose outcome. That is my analysis.

As investors backing the company do we have a right to know who 5G are?

Who are 5g and could they act in concert with the directors to take over the company at a low price?

That is the valid concern and apposite point being raised on the other board.
