Well explained.

So if the sp is 30p today and market cap is 800 million then if the final sale price was, for argument sake double today’s market cap, then would the sale price automatically shoot to 60p or thereabouts.....?

I understand your trail of thought.
My understanding was/ is for the samples to be sent off September (done).
Results mid October (awaited).
But we’ll continue drilling in the meantime as we here, we’re financed we have the previously constructed infrastructure, albeit modified and we know the gold is there as it always has been .

The institutional offer closed at 7am and the open offer closed at 8am.

Your broker should contact you but if you’ve bought your existing SNG shares from the likes of Barclays or First direct bank then they’ll have no idea what you’re on about!
Been through this so many times this year.
So frustrating.
I Need to move to a proper broker.

I too am gutted as a result of my wife’s intervention..

Having boasted to her that EUA had doubled in value to 2.5p she exclaimed “ you need to sell half, play safe and take some profit for once , you know what happened to your AMC shares at 40p “

And you guessed it - I did ,,,!!

Anyway, since that day I have taken great pleasure in slowly and regularly recouping my holding and an almost equal amount of pleasure in constantly reminding her of her financial advice !!!!

Do I automatically receive payment for the amount of shares I have at the agreed price ?
or
Do my shares transfer over to the purchasing company ?
