Apologies for reposting.4 Oct 2020 13:45
I have previously posted this question (s) but it got lost in the chatter !
Have held a modest amount in EUA ( since the 1.25p days ) for a very long time .
Having never been involved in a company subject to a sale I’d appreciate your views, regarding the normal sequence of events if an RNS is released confirming an offer has been made of a " take over "and what you consider is normally, the smartest thing to do is in order to maximise returns..
Basically, what I am seeking to establish is -
Should I sit tight and doing nothing if an offer is accepted and wait until "take over " take place.?
At what point does the price, in these situations/ scenarios, normally peak ?
Does the price freeze at any point in such circumstances ?
Thanks
