Morning all! I've just realised it's yet another anniversary for me today. I first posted on LSE on was what was then Solo on the 23/9/2011. Now known as SCIR (name change, repeated share issues, consolidation etc. etc. etc.). I've decided to mark this auspicious occasion by starting work on a book giving an account of how and why I arrived at where I am to day. The working title is "Investing For (and by) Dummies!" : )

Although not a golfer I do like the one about the chap who mi****s his tee shot, sending the ball out into the nearby main road. It smashes through the windscreen of a passing car which careers into a nearby petrol station, exploding in a huge ball of fire. Naturally distraught, he screams "Oh my God! What have I done? What am I going to do?!!" "Try tilting your shoulders a bit more" his opponent replies.
