Hi Jib. Have you been in touch with the FCA since the announcement? The discount equivalent of 0.006p struck when the sp was at 0.0155p is in itself surely bordering on criminal? Then the BOD has the audacity to give us existing holders the option to be involved in the offer, after it has just slit our throats with it! Totally immoral behaviour. Including from Reynolds. A discount of that magnitude should not be even on the table and they know it. It's ok saying that ORE will now become a cash shell, but we shareholders are being completely fleeced in the process, no matter how the future picture is being painted.

We long-termers won't get back to evens, none of us will, and particularly not at such another heavy placing discount, 0.006p, but it's better than the administrators being called in. Lol. Best of luck.

I've been invested here for nearly 7 years, so I'm sure you can understand the frustrations of long-term holders. No way will we throw more at this, but we are so far down anyway, may as well hold. So much for Mutsk. Bird clearly can't be bothered with it. He must think it's crap, contrary to what he's written in previous RNS releases. Reading the past RNS releases then, one could suggest that he's gathered shareholder money under false pretences.

Good post. Agree with that. There may be rules, but there isn't a framework seemingly to ensure that the rules are adhered to, and if not, suitable punishment given.

It's this. From today's RNS: "The Issue Price of the Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares is equivalent to 0.006p per Existing Ordinary Share, which represents a discount of 61.3 per cent. to the closing price of 0.0155p per Existing Ordinary Share on 20 March 2017 (being the latest practicable date before the announcement of the Proposals)." An absolute F king disgrace.

This sp has always been odd. When we had our last placing at 0.015p, there was mass buying at 0.0249p on and around the same time. That has never been explained, nor have we ever seen a holdings RNS. You won't be able to fathom it, but it looks fishy doesn't it?

I hope the FCA is still watching this. Another massive placing discount to what was the current sp could be a starting point for investigation. Mutsk conveniently shelved. Just like that. In my opinion.

Nightmare Liam. They obviously have decided that the Mutsk asset isn't worth pursuing after all. The plan has totally changed and to suddenly become a cash she'll doesn't wash with me. MVC changed its business strategy to going after gold, and bought the Deli Jovan gold prospect. MVC then changed it's name to ORE and completely focused on Deli for a few years until Mutsk was deemed more viable. Last three years or so the focus has been on Mutsk with a sideshow of Silverton. Now, we have no focus at all. Giant rip-off of people's money. Nothing more.

Cheers Stephen. This is surely criminal behaviour? Or high incompetence over a period of time. I didn't expect this. So much for Mutsk. The 61% discount placing is shocking. Why such a discount? Long-termers have been treated like garbage.

They would surely swallow us up in a straight buyout if Mutsk was worth their while. Another puzzle.

Yes, and although these winter months have ensured that work on the ground is off the cards, it would have perhaps been an ideal time for Birdy to have tried to source a JV partner. News is scarce, so it still appears that ORE is going it alone, but the only bonus in this period is that the BOD can't have spent many of the remaining funds. Wages aside. The sp is poor, and we'll need more cash for this year's drilling, so we need a miracle if our sp is to hold up even around this current level.

Still here, waiting for the BOD to resign. Lol.
