Hi Vig. I really don't know whether Leon will be trying to up the 5tph rate, at this point in time. I wouldn't like to guess what he is specifically liaising about, but I feel it doubtful that it should be relating to the initial output per hour. Time is of the essence now, in my view, as we have the recently imposed Zambian timescales for each development stage, so an upgrade of plant capacity should really be a matter for later down the road. The stage targets surely having been agreed between all parties before the licence reinstatement, so to revisit it again so soon and try to change something I feel would be highly inappropriate.
Let's get this project off the ground first VIg and upgrade once we are able to walk successfully.
As for the Vanadium, BMR doesn't yet have ZEMA approval for that, an EPB yet to be submitted (which should have actually happened last year), so I can't even suggest how long it could all take to sort. We have approval to process the lead and zinc, so let's get on with it.
That's my outlook. Start small, but start. Then build value.
Ka-Pow!
Best regards.
