Great post Klue. The royalty is all we have now, and I'm not sure how anyone can trust Borrelli with a new project after what he has done. Best hope is that the royalty is protected, we do relist, but that he is then quickly replaced. In absolute fairness to all BMR holders.

Yes, I think the lost years post is a fair one Sooz. What we know now is that all final comments were in on our application a good year ago, no further hurdles have emerged, barring election-gate, so our expectations for conclusion of this dreadful licence saga must be that, since the new government is in situ, an outcome should surely be within a couple of months. If not, Kurt won't be managing my expectations. Lol. Have a pleasant eve. x

Bring, Borrelli is a closed shop to the individual investor, he doesn't communicate, and those individual investors should not also feel that the Watch is operating in the same manner. Covertly. Being that we are all investors in BMR and each have the same interest.

So, I feel it would be appropriate for the Watch to update all shareholders with its plans, for example, on LSE, or to issue update letters to those not yet in the Watch, using the Shares Register again. For the sake of transparency and so that those outside of the Watch can keep tabs on whether the interests of "all" shareholders are still aligned, particularly if BMR ever gets relisted.

Bring, good Tweets from the Watch. One thing though. Are the Watch proposals/ideas relayed in your meeting with Borrelli the same as the idea of ensuring with him that the royalty is protected, as touched on in the Watch's letter last week to shareholders not yet in the Watch?

It is important that the Watch updates all shareholders on any proposed activities, not only those within the Watch. Otherwise, remaining holders who may prefer to fly solo will have both Borrelli and the Watch to contend with, in terms of unknown information. Information which will obviously also affect those individuals.

Good points Klue. Unfortunately we appear to be as cynical as each other. Lol. I just hope that JLP isn't now taken over, as the new operator of Kabwe, because we'll know that it should have been BMR, and with what would have been 100% of potential profits to bargain with, instead of the poxy percentage we've been left with. A takeover of JLP because of their Kabwe involvement would be a real kick in the plums for BMR holders. Reason being, JLP activity at Kabwe hasn't exactly been fast paced, let's say. One Factor for BMR initially losing the licence, I would estimate. So why doesn't that apply to JLP?

Klue, I have too many unanswered questions, but I can see why BMRWatch only wants to focus on what we have left and to push on. Every credit to them for that. Meetings with Alex are a real sign of progress, but the danger being that he is now let off the hook for past performance.

The additional money from the Finns is a good thing lb. it's free money, again! Money to help us develop the project(s) over there. I'm not sure how you can see that as a negative. I'd like to know what Kurt is doing now though, as I mentioned yesterday. What his plan is to ensure the delivery of this licence. More so because on the face of it, to me anyway, he far too readily accepted the election last year as an excuse for the continuance of a delay in bringing the decision. In fact, from memory only, and I could be wrong, I believe he and Göran provided the excuse. I don't think we were ever informed that the Swedes had officially said there would likely be a delay. It was just accepted as a given, which I feel is a bit off, so of course there was then no pressing for any decision prior to the election. That we know of. That said, I doubt Kurt would have banked on the election and its fallout wiping an entire year off from our further progress on Kal. I'm trusting then, in view of this additional kick in the chops for shareholders, that he isn't currently just sat staring at the phone, waiting for the concession call, lol, and I reckon an update within the next few weeks on Kal would be apt. The new Government ministers must have settled into their seats by now. Whoopee cushions and all. Now lb, in the meantime, while we wait for news on our flagship project, please try not to be so very naughty. You know you can do it, if you really try. Best regards. :-)

Obviously this doesn't prevent Kurt from sounding out potential partners prior to the concession award, considering that the Swedes could probably be brought to task for taking five years longer over our application than is stated to be the norm. Sooz, hi there. No, I haven't missed the legal implications. I don't think so anyway. The concession can and must be granted according to the rules of the land, and any negotiations with LKAB or whomever else is secondary to that. In our case, the one could immediately follow the other, but in no way is it to be considered as a prerequisite to the granting of the licence, i.e. that it won't be given until BEM strikes a deal with LKAB. That would surely be illegal and a distinct lack of due and fair process. At law. Those are my thoughts Sooz. Afty. X

Yes, it's unfortunately a bit of a low volume share nowadays really. I feel Kurt will have to press for this decision then, to get the sp moving, regardless of recent talk by big Stef concerning Sweden's slide down the mining rankings. But I'm not sure whether Kurt will press or just continue to wait. Shareholders I feel really deserve to know exactly what he's intending to do to stir the Swedes into action, should we continue to be given the cold shoulder. Only my thoughts, but I reckon an update on our application progress would be appropriate before we hit April. I feel that would be fair, considering shareholders have had an extra year of further waiting piled on already, due to an election that took up no time at all. Lol. Cheers Bricks.
