Why would anyone give $25 million to a company who haven't got a spade in the ground? Due diligence was done by Orion and the company was give the money at equivalent of 10p a share.

You're right to be cautious on AIM. However, HZM BoD have always stressed, shareholder value is always at the forefront of their minds.

Hi all, long term holder, first message into the group.

I don't think you can read too much into the update on the website, regarding the significant shareholder debate.

In terms of AIM Rules published May 2010 and insofar as it is aware, at 23 May 2020, 25.6% of the Company’s AIM securities were not in public hands.

Key phrase from the above is "in so far as it is aware" Without releasing a TR1, nothing can be hinted at.

I'm sure we will find out soon enough.
