Just bought today and noticed these are ex-div tomorrow. Does this mean I'd qualify for the dividend or am I too late?

Anyone notice large buy this am (7.38) for 184k shares?

I was about to state the exact same! Noting the items we are expecting i.e hanging wall system, owner to operator model completed (on time & in budget), potential increase in output, higher PGM prices!? I have read that gaps are necessarily always filled though so if the above was announced (along with possible tie in with Northam) I would hope we go North! If only I had a crystal ball I could sell my current holding and buy back at 54 with extra 10k shares! I personally intend to hold and will review after seeing how results are received! GLA

I noticed LSE shows the above as 08th February 2013. Is this correct as i also believe we are expecting trading update next Tuesday?

Any expectations / thoughts on AQP resuming a dividends? Another option to boost the SP if profits would allow?

I can see the logic in what Singer said, Fox's salary is made up of bonuses that are linked to share price performance. A 3p dividend will boost the SP and only cost trinity around £8m which in the overall scheme of things is nothing! I'm already holding 30k and will look to add further this week when funds are available. I'm alsovlooking forward to seeing Panmure target price of 90p surpassed!! O/T Will then look to add either FXPO / AQP as both on my watchand list looking good long term investments!

I've noticed it oftens goes to negotiated trade when trying to buy above 10k shares which bodes well as it indicates there's not a massive amount of free shares? I've decided to hold these (62k) to at least March 13 for the full year results. However, looking long term once debt free i'dexpect trinity to pay dividend of at least 10p (based on current EPS of 27p) or maybe look at further acquisitions to enhance shareholder value!

Likewise, as i said yesterday I see no reason why these shouldn't achieve this year high over the next few weeks. I expect broker updates revising their target prices will help. A lot of positives in yesterdays announcement, intended main listing, dividends, debt free and strong order pipeline, expansion into europe. I expect APR to push on further in 2012 with further investment $230m so plenty of available capacity.

Excellent set of results announced today, other than sentiment can't see why these shouldn't return to their previous high (£11.55). I would expect some broker upgrades shortly on the back of these results to provide some upward momentum! I recollect someone previous gave £13 target price!

Hopefully the board might pick up abit over the next week or so! Also don't forget the 10p dividend and analysts rating at £13 so definitely worth holding. Like you say Rich the fact the board released the proforma accounts to show everything is in order should mean there are no surprises on the 16th!

I just noticed some nice reported late buys from yesterday, good to see!! I was wishing I'd sold these yesterday at £9.57 and bought back sub £9.20 in the afternoon..but hey ho! Looking forward to the 16th for finals. Still can't get over how quiet this board is!

I know its difficult (virtually impossible) to pre-empt the markets but what is everyones expectation of the SP if on the 16th the audited accounts are published in line with the proforma results provided with the recent RNS delaying the results? I bought some at £8.40 and sold on the way back up but having re-read the note have decided to have another punt. I'm hoping for minimum of £10 on the 16th (£13 as per credit suisse would be even better!).

4/5p at the current levels would do nicely! TNI will be debt free in 3/4 years at current payment rate (assuming economic situation doesn't worsen). A number of analysts are still giving target prices of around £1. The company recently stated their year end will be at the top end of projections so will be interesting to see how the SP responds. Also, no holdings RNS of late so II investor still holding TNI (i suppose you could argue why are they not adding at the current levels?). Once debt free either dividends will be re-instated or the company will use profits to acquire new businesses to diversify (perhaps both together). Both will offer potential upside to its SP / shareholders. Anyway, everyone has their opinions and only time will tell whose right with this one? ATB

I trade with halifax and i couldn't purchase more than 5k which could imply a shortage of available shares? If this was the case then it bodes well for us holders. A 'NT' basically means you instructing your broker what quantity of shares you would like and they will negotiate the trade with other brokers on your behalf (as the shares aren,t available on the open market at the time). It also worth setting the price on a NT otherwise you will probably end up paying more than the published price! Just re-read last years finals and Novembers IMS and will be adding more of these over the next few weeks. TNI historically paid dividends of 21.9p and in the next 3/4 years could see them totally debt free and easily resume these levels (apprx. 50% yield at current SP) which i intend to hold in my ISA! Decided to take a small position in these today but couldn't buy anymore than 5k without it going to a negotiated trade which is unusual for TNI? Any thoughts on this is there possibly a large buyer in the background? I do think the forthcoming results will provide a catalyst for the share to climb and as already quoted the curret sp on a p/e of 1 is a bargain. Also expecting further £40/50M off the debt in full year (>£200m)! I remember buying these two years ago at around 65p and selling around £1.15 so a repeat would be nice! GLA.

Is that definite re MEN? Only ask as the arena at the albert docks in Liverpool is called the 'echo' arena which is also Trinity. I presume they'll do the same when thats next up for renewal to make further cost savings? Does anyone have any thoughts on profit warning this week with DMGT? Was looking back and see trinity were paying 21p div, hopefully it'll get back to this level once the debt is addressed. Definitely intend to hold these beyond the £1.20 mark in my isa for the div once re-instated could be a good earner in the long term. GLA
