Gold news are coming before the licence confirmation. They should bring the SP to the desired 0.4p-0.5p range and then... boom all the way up to a penny when the licence lands.

I'll be very happy with this timeline. Strong rise between now and mid-June, punctuated with gold-related RNS's.

It seems to me that they are looking at selling MT and using the proceeds for the dividend and the development of the JV resources. IMHO

We know the asset is worth more than the current SP but we have no guarantee that the price paid by the purported offeror won't be much lower. Otherwise, why has the SP stayed where it is?

Until there's some more information, we simply won't know.

Now, where can I find £100k? :-)

If I had £100k, I'd buy £50k worth of shares and keep the other half of the powder dry.

As far as I know, there is no time limit for carrying forward unused capital losses. Not sure where the 4-year period you mention comes from. I'd check with HMRC.

Unfortunately, they are taxable in the same way as if they were taken as cash.
