We can take it for granted that the UK government will approve the vaccine. Handjob and co. have too much money riding on it to afford a delay. I wonder how Pascal Soriot will justify not applying for the EU approval: it smells of a massive c**k-up. That won't deter our local masters of c**k-ups, of course!

It looks like a lot of shareholders are extremely anxious about the intraday SP movement and the perceived lack of sustained rise. Think about the situation a few weeks ago when the SP was at 80p: should we be as anxious as then? I don't think so. We're a month away from transformational news. Four weeks. Just four weeks!

Good stuff! I wish I had more funds to top up. The SP seems keen to break out in the positive direction, and I think the breakout will happen later today.

I agree that even the placing price will look like a fantastic bargain in a few weeks' time.

Stockpiling is often mentioned as a likely future source of income for Synairgen but I think most people think solely of stockpiling to prepare for future Covid-19 outbreaks/waves. In my view, governments around the world will be interested in preparing for future outbreaks of as yet unknown viruses that attack the respiratory system. This is where SNG001 is particularly interesting.

As a result, I don't view vaccines as competition. I hope they do their job well and safely and save as many lives as possible; the market for Synairgen will still be mahoooosive!

I hope that whole thread disappears pronto. Useless mud-slinging. I'd suggest more Baileys to calm down the nerves...

Just as my poor liver has started its slow recovery from the festive Baileys overload, you convince me that we have another bumper year ahead of us! So far, whether by accident or design, the Fibonacci sequence seems to be a pretty good approximation of the prevailing share price. We are currently slightly above 34p, and who knows whether Scally news and II buying won't take us all the way up to the next number: 55p. Now that would be fantastic!

Remember that Meg's cat has predicted a bid by AZN. Now imagine their P3 trials are inconclusive... They would feel some pressure from the government to deliver something; what's easier than buying out a successful competitor and filling the pre-orders with that drug (SNG001) instead?

The most important side-effect of the blatant pushing of the government-propped AZN drug is that treatments are now officially on the agenda, so SNG is bound to get coverage. I can't see how, when SNG001 proves it's efficiency in P3 and the FDA approves it, our government would be able to refuse to buy it for British patients, given that AZN will still be months from completing their trials (or ****ing them up again).

Sorry, I missed the last paragraph of the article. It is definitely old stuff because that paragraph refers to "an agreement with Newmont signed at the beginning of the month".

Now we can go back to sipping Baileys...

The article mentions "the recently acquired sections of Ernest Giles". I don't think anything has been acquired there recently, so perhaps it is indeed some old stuff, perhaps from 2016 or 2017.

BTW, I'm amused by the fact that the author refers to Gervaise as "la directora ejecutiva", i.e. a female. I reckon it's because of the spelling of 'Gervaise', with an 'e ' at the end.

Not sure what to make of it, really.
