We have reframed the case to be that of the law of confidence for obvious reasons ie to strip the arbitration shield and the activity that ocurred which will become public knowledge if the case continues.

Well the costs awarded to me were similar , so you work it out- magic circle lawyers and all. LOL LOL LOL Chaebol.

Massive anecdotally, I was involved in a case where the judge rejected the motions against me - those would have collapsed my case had they been accepted. The judge found for me and granted costs and the bones of the case to continue....the O/S caved in pretty quick after that!

We settled out of court in about a week. The paperwork took longer and monies changing hands even longer. WE ARE IN AN INCREDIBLY STRONG POSITION. DO NOT DOUBT IT.

The Case Looks Strong for Semnet Right Now We Defeated Delay Tactics:

The defendants tried to stall the lawsuit by applying for a "stay of proceedings". On 26 May 2026, the Singapore Supreme Court completely dismissed these applications, preventing the defendants from delaying the trial.

The court ordered the defendants to pay S$18,000 in costs directly to Semnet, showing that the court found the defendants' stalling tactics to be without merit.

The court blocked the defendants' attempt to pause the case, a hearing on 4 June 2026 will force the defence to outline their case and set a strict court timetable moving forward.

I bet they are pressing to get this settled asap as the fees could become astronomical for Sooty and gang.

Blue I have been here when it was 0.35 a few years ago and still here when we were at 0.2+ ish a few weeks ago . I personally feel that news flow is coming our way.
