Back in 2023 RNS re collaboration with Amaris and individuals involved were well connected, I recall some mention of connections with the middle east.
I assume that the collaboration didn't materialise or Semnet provided AI / cybersecurity input instead. However networking with these high profile individuals will further growth eg government contracts for fx etc
GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, is pleased to announces that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Amaris AI Pte Ltd ("Amaris"), a Singapore based provider of artificial intelligence ("AI") and cybersecurity solutions to governments and multinational corporations, with a view to the parties exploring collaboration opportunities, in particular to integrate Amaris' technology to enhance GST's GSMoney offerings.
The Amaris management team includes James Kang (Chief Executive Officer), a former Assistant Chief Executive of the Infocommunication Authority of Singapore, and Professor Yu Chien (Chief Innovation Officer), who was previously the Chief Innovation Officer of a department in the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs and later of Certis Cisco, together with a number of other senior ex-Singapore Government executives with extensive experience in AI, cybersecurity and information technology. Amaris' AI solutions encompass document automation, action recognition and conversational AI, together with AI based cybersecurity solutions. These are all areas that could potentially enhance GST's proposed GS Money solutions, particularly with regard to streamlining and further securing the customer interface.
Additionally, both GST and Amaris believe there may be further opportunities to collaborate to develop both businesses based on their respective technology focuses, together with leveraging their existing and proposed customer bases.
