RE: Gs20Exchange26 Jan 2025 09:17
Having a centralised and now decentralised exchange is fantastic and I'm thoroughly behind it, the potential is of course is vast. However I feel the potential also lies with gsfintec. I had thought that GS20 was to facilitate fx with perhaps tether for now but someone had enquired and Tim Metalf had said that no, the two arms were independent, angra's business was not shown on the exchange.
Their initial aim was to have 4 coins facilitating blockchain fx and wallet services originally in the UK with Angra fx. Then through Angra global and soon with European expansion GSmoney and GSend following when the coins are approved. Lord Wellesley must be integral with the aim of attracting 2000 small businesses in the UK, ??RR's Asian arm. We have allied arms vimlogy, vim planet, dash planet, angra world and angra pay.
They have stated that they comply with MiCA regulations, could GEur be on the cards?
Someone mentioned that 2million was the figure required for semnet listing, however trident are covering 80% of this. Remember on LinkedIn first sentinel have become advisors for gstechnologies, they do advise on otc trading but could they be eyeing NASDAQ with this identical amount raised?
Endless opportunities.
Certainties are the integration by March 31 or before, Angra global expansion through Easysend or bonfirepay imminently (6 months for a spi licence with the bank of Spain is due).
Re-rating in July with end of year accounts.
Probabilities are re-rating well before this.
Other aquisitions. . .
Business opportunities, business onboarding through Lord Wellesley, Nuewe, Jack Bai, Tone Goh, Julian
Hosp.
Possibilities FCA, DSS, GGBP or GEur
I try to look at both sides of the coin, try to find negatives, maybe running short on cash (really don't think so), a takeover (may happen but I think not at this price,20- 50p possible but with time it's going to be north of this. FCA tardiness clearly has been the negative that we have lived with. Negative press, don't think so, they have said that they have conformed to AML and KYC requirements.
Lots to come,
