If it leads to accelerated approval, then I'm sure the SP will respond positively. That's what I'm hoping for.

The lowest cost manufacturer of rare earth magnets outside of China, owing to its proprietary recycling technology which gives it access to very cheap feedstock that no one else can access at comparable extraction costs.

It's currently the only producer of magnets in the UK (it is in the process of scaling up production at its first plant in Birmingham). In fact, HyProMag was explicitly named (and the CEO, quoted) in the Government's document published on the weekend.

As an additional, ex-UK, benefit to the investment - HyProMag is opening up a second magnet recycling/production plant in Germany before Christmas; and is likely to start construction on as many as THREE plants in the US, next year.

HyProMag is also in advanced talks to open plants Japan. Given that:

1) Japan is the largest consumer of magnets outside of China;

2) almost all of its magnets are imported from China(!), and;

3) relations between China and Japan are currently imploding...

...given all of that, one would assume that HyProMag expansion into Japan is now also going to be expedited!

I note the AGM is today at 9am (Toronto time). Are we simply expecting confirmation of all resolutions being passed, or a business update as well?

100% agree with you TheGord - totally orchestrated to force stop losses and pick up cheap stock. No doubt funding will be required later this year, but any fears of a leaked placing - utter nonsense in my view.

Hi Watching, just to be clear, I am nothing more than anyone else here on this board i.e. a committed investor in Avacta who chooses to believe that the company is on the verge of something really exciting both for future cancer patients and investors alike. I have, on occasions, emailed AS directly which he has kindly responded to and i did also attend a meeting with AS and a group of guys from the Telegram Group and the notes from this meeting have been circulated. As always, there will be some people here that doubt the good intentions i am trying to display here, but that’s there problem and not mine. Hope that helps.

Hi BV, never had any discussion with Avacta on this directly, but understand from a contact of mine that hand port would likely be best, but he thinks that dox is normally given as a drip from a bag, so likely that would be the route. No data either way though.

Morning SoleBoy, my estimates on timescales are simply based on an email response from AS recently saying “ I am pretty sure of the date but won't be able to publish that for a little while as we progress through cohort 7”. Whilst PK could be released at anytime, I just think it will be either w/c 4th or 11th December to hopefully include C7. Purely my opinion only.

Thompi- you are absolutely right. The start is still imminent, but not confirmed as started.

LovableLumax - because I am reasonably certain that C7 will be included in the data. I’m not asserting that it definitely won’t be before the beginning of December, but I am absolutely quashing the idea of this 21st nonsense.

IFA90 - more than happy for you to judge me tomorrow and vice-versa of course and yes, I did attend the meeting with AS and Fiona, which has only been referenced by me in a positive way. I have total conviction in Avacta but this whole news on 21st is utterly baseless as you will see tomorrow.

Neither, I just know PK is highly unlikely to be in November. Doesn’t mean to say that we won’t get news on other developments, just not PK data.
