- Why so few cases when we have Italy 9,172, South Korea 7478, Iran 7,161? the difference is ASTONISHING.
Theory is hot air is usually more humid and viruses spread from sneases less easily. Also may die in humid air.

Looking at the temps the 3 with few cases have been at or over 20c recently (2 over 26c a lot recently).

might be tempted to bet that within 12 months the price would exceed $50. I would be very tempted. Indeed $55 I would be confident on. Over $70 I would say risky. PMO have 3.5 months of their oil price being subsidised by the hedging @ $64. We really need Brent to push over $45 in that time IMHO.

I agree. But it is the case if we lose the deal it is off (as it could not be financed I presume).
This is all tied in with the BP and Dana deal so if we do lose the court case (and thus the deal is cancelled as it says) in section 4 of the RNS dated 7th Jan no doubt we could re-negotiate the debt based on the deal not happening.
There was no panic about the debt from the directors, at least before the sp share crash today as far as I am aware. It was coming dow very repidly I think.

Also BP (hopefully) will understand that PMO cannot go ahead as things stand.
Unless the oil price miraculously jumps up over say $15 a barrel this week IMHO there is no way the deal is going ahead.
Either PMO and BP will agree this with no penalties.
Or PMO will pay a small penalty.
Or PMO will deliberately lose the court case.
Or PMO will fall out with BP, not go ahead/pay the money and end up being sued by BP.
Bottom line is IMHO it ain't going to happen, short of a proper miracle with the share price.

Part of the results document says if they lose the court case on the 17th (brought by ARCM to try to stop PMO buying certain BP assets in the North sea) then the whole deal is cancelled. Possibly this may be the only way out witjout a penalty?? So if I were PMO I would be making sure ARCM win. After all ACRM must have something to base their case on? All PMO need to do is not defend it, in fact "you've got a point there!!!" might be the comment................ LOL!!!

Says the OPEC countries are losing $500m a day following the Saudi action cutting their oil by what was it....... $8 a barrel.
This situation is INSANE. Personally I blame Russia more. It is well known the Saudis have shouldered more of the cutting back of oil supplies over the last few years.

the BP asset buy would be cancelled! They wanted to stop PMO due to the risks!! Well............. looks like they were right! Premier (assuming the oil price recovers North of $45) is a good well run Compoany with a lot going for it. I wonder if they would win if our solicitor simply does not turn up?? LOL!!!

Seems to me OPEC & Russia had the chance to peg the oil price around $50 with the total 1.5 million barrels per day cut (was to be OPEC 1m plus the 500K from Russia).
What we now have is share price mayhem and an oil price which is not good for anyone! Brilliant!!!
Remember Saudi and Russian Plc's share prices have been hammered too. I bet Mr Putin has had a fair few phone calls from his mates running oil Companies today.
So why the hell did Russia not agree, or offer 300K per day further reduction???

It won't work as most of these Companies can expand and contract production/expendature easily. Maybe some will go under but as soon as the oil price improves others will spring up IMHO.

What happened 1st thing this AM is I think the MM's did not really know what to set the bid/ask price at.
So, amazingly we got bid 10p, ask 40p. The trouble with stop losses is, I believe in this situation you broker could have sold your shares @ 10p each, as the bid did start @ 10p?? Bid ended today @ 28p. Market assumes oil price will bankrupt PMO if the oil price does not improve in say next 10 months. Frankly can't argue much with that IF the oil price stays $35 or below, but personally I can't see that happening. As I said previously with the 40% of oil hedged @ $64 until end of June PMO are not IMHO in that much trouble as things stand. After end June if oil price not substancially better then maybe.

(60/100) x $36 = $21.60.
Total: $46.80 per barrel
So basically PMO are, I believe ok for the moment. Trouble could be if the oil price does not inprove by July as very little is hedged as far as I Know for the second half. Thus about 3.5 months for the oil price to improve North of I'd say minumum $45 per barrel. Stranger things have happened.

Let's face it ultra violet light in our normal sun light is pretty dangerous - even to us.
So Singapore and Vietnam coronovirus very low spread could be all of the above as they have heat, humidity and strong sunlight......... More research neede I think. There is definately something going on to restrict the virus spread or kill the virus in these 2 countries imho.

I have recently read OPEC complied over 100% with the cuts.
Not sure about Russia.
However the OPEC members & Russia don't trust each other so a while back they set up and independant monitoring Company that polices the cuts they agree.
I am astounded Russia has not agreed to ANY more cuts. Absolutely MAD.
