Might cause a bit of a problem for air India to say the least. Massive question mark over finances for a start. I have read they were looking to sell Air India. Now what implications might there be for any potential buyer? I suspect this is just the start. The indian Government need to realise they lost a fair International Arbitration investigation and ruling. This is not some small court. It is the machanism international investors rely on to safeguard their investments throughout the entire World. Defying a ruling is extremely unwise to say the very least. If you feel sorry for India maybe they should cancel their space program. Let's face it a large part may have been financed by the billions they owe Cairn and Vodafone.

Israel but it's hardly what the airline Companies were looking for.
A pre-departure test of ? type is needed 2 days taken up to 72 hours before you leave the country you are returning from as I understand it, then one PCR test on or before day two of arrival in England/Wales.
No quarantine unless a test is positive.
So 2 tests for coming back to England/Wales. BUT what about the criteria the Coutries you are going TO want. Israel apparently will want a negative expensice PCR test before they will let you on the plane, for example.
I have no position with EZY. The shares gained 5.6% Friday and it would not be surprising to me if they went down tomorrow.

If not how can international investors borrow money to invest in India when India does not act on the rulings of International Arbitration they signed up to !!! Indian Governments behavious is a disgrace. They also owe Vodaphone a shed load.
