Mr Nugents position. If he votes no as he has said so far6 Oct 2025 16:54
He risks losing all his investment, or does he? The earlier RNS says "The Company's cash runway has recently been extended through to the end of 2025 as a result of the Firm Placing completing". That was the 400,000,000 additional shares in the "first placing" so to speak. So about 3 months money. At what point, assuming a "no" vote do the board "throw in the towel"? 6 weeks before the cach runs out? 4 weeks? Has Mr Nugent got the money to make a bid? Loads of questions...............
Food for thought.

That aside Genedrive needs sales. You know, when a hospital places an order, the machine(s) are installed and the initial invoice is sent out. So what is happeneing with the Scottish rollout (15 hospitals worth?). When are the last five English hospitals going to get the MT-RNR1 bringing the total to 14? When is the first cardiac ward to get the first Genedrive CYP2C19-ID Kit??
***WHAT IS THE NEWS ON ALL THIS??*** FFS!
All IMHO.
