Months? There are now 1,024,895,408 shares in issue. Even @ 1p a share that is a market cap of £10,248,954. there is no way existing share holders will sell for 1p a share IMHO, even if he could come up with £10m. I've changed my mind. I don't think he intends to buy Genedrive.

Worth would be enough. We are financed until the end of the year now. About £2.1m would see the Company through to end June 2026. By then:-

1. The Scottish rollout would be what....... 90% done?

2. All 14 English hospitals would be using the MT-RNR1.

3. The FDA application for the CYP2C19-ID Kit would have been submitted and indeed the FDA clearance may have been got.

4. ? International hospitals would be using either or both machines.

If any more money was needed the assuming the above had happened the sp would be over 3p so a placing would be at a far higher level.

Wes Streeting about the way Genedrive have been treated. The NICE commitees have made totally illogical decisions that simply do not make any sense. How can a 1st choice be the "lab test" when it takes so long it is completely and utterly useless? I have brought this to Mr Streetings attension. How can the commitee members come up with such complete and utter rubbish? Do the NHS pay therse people? Why?

Get more votes to vote down the placing. Got to be more too it than that. 15% means there is 85% of shares to potentially vote for the placing, as recommended by the board. It's unlikely to be a no vote IMHO. I expect a bid.

If you had said naked short selling I would have understood what you mean. So you suspect a load of shares have been sold (that do not exist, yet) via a contract and the seller hopes to buy them back below the selling price thus making a profit. Unfortunately David Nugent has possibly thrown a spanner in the gearbox and so there is not much chance of buying the shares back below the price, to get a profit. Naked short selling I call it. Possibly a shorters nightmare. Could be true.

OK. I would also take on an International sales director. Somone who has previously overseen a team selling medical equipment to countries in the EU. This would be a top position and need a special person. The Companies future would largely depent on him/her. The UK sales is almost entirely dictated by NICE and the NHS, so only minimum staff needed for UK sales.
