Genetics RNS or IMHO the whole World has gone crazy. From what the RNS said (about 2 months ago) the Myriad "collaboration" has been allowing Myriad, with Angle's help to catch CTC's from blood samples using Parsortix, then try to apply the same analysis as they already do for solid tumor samples. If you look at Myriads site their reports are very comprehensive. This I should add includes DNA analysis, something you need uncontaminated samles for and that Parsortix is almost unique in being able to do!

To be blunt what do Myriad care about that? They offer a test and may add ctc analysis to what they already do (the DNA analysis of solid tumour tissue). If they add to their offering the DNA analysis of CTC's (if found) that is an excellent way to promote what they do. The high tech DNA analysis of CTC's. Fantastic sales pitch material. Sales is what counts to usa Co's. Adding CTC analysis seems perfect for Myriad.

That Angle Plc have not, so far done a lot better. Hopefully, now the old CEO Mr Newland has gone (the kiss of death to any decent deal?) things will pick up. Angle seem to have so much going for them yet have to date not managed to strike "the deal" or a few of these. I find it quite incredible. Possibilities.... Illumina, Astrazeneca, Eisai, the UK's NHS, Immatics (more) etc, etc Just totally ridiculous. Have a word with the sales team!!!

Cancer TUMOR CELL (CTC) that has been caught actually in a live person (from a std blood draw) and to kill it you need to know all you can about it do you not! Angle's Parsortix machine can catch these. FFS I do wonder whether the experts at these huge multi billion $ have any common sense or logic at all. If you want to kill anything if you can have ones to experiment on surely you will come up with something? Is that not the case? Why do more Companies NOT use Parsortix? You tell me. Why do Immatics, who seem of the verge of a major breakthrough in cancer treatment use Parsortix? Maybe they are logical and have some common sense?

You seem to be in cloud cuckoo land. 20p a share won't happen for 18 months and then we would have to have got both FDA approvals and somehow opened a manufacturing plant in the USA, oh and have a huge order book as well. In the mean time if we can't find funding in the next 6 to 8 weeks we will go bust, or don't you like to think about that at all? No? I did not think so.

20/08/2025. One presumes they now have a good idea of what Parsortix could add (the DNA analysis of CTC's from a std blood draw) to their existing solid tumour DNA testing services. Their existing tests take about 2 weeks from receipt of the solid tissue sample. So it's pretty obvious DNA testing any CTC's in a blood sample would be a lot faster. As I have said before adding the testing of any CTC's would be good publicity so IMHO there is a really good chance of them adding testing the CTC's to their services. Also it is cutting edge tech.

Although Angle is not a "start up" Plc, of course. Depends on their investment parameters I suppose. Angle's "dual analysis" is new and groundbreaking so I wonder?

Machine's "gold standard" to catch LIVE, intact, uncontaminated circulating tumour cells (CTC's) from a standard blood draw into major profit is staggering. The reason(s) are still unclear. A lot of the blame was aimed at Andrew Newland, the CEO who resigned several weeks ago. I think it was a number of things not least the slowdown in investment in the sector. However, Parsortix does what it says on the tin. That is fact. Also, it has been used in some groundbreaking discoveries to date.

Not least so-called dual analysis (the DNA analysis of both CTC's and CtDna from the same blood sample) which enables finding about DOUBLE the number if cancer biomarkers. Available from Angle plc for lung cancer only thus far as a service. More cancers likely to follow. How can you have a World-wide exclusive ablility like this and NOT make a load of money? Early days, so maybe that will snowball. Also, the UK's NHS has been looking into Angle's "dual analysis" with the possibility of a trial of it.

Parsortix can catch CCT clusters, something other competing systems struggle with. In fact, I believe Parsortix is the leader in this.

Who of note uses parsortix? Immatics is in the news, and they use Parsortix to catch CTC's so they can analyse them. Then they use this information to "program" "T" cells to kill the cancer cells. They are then infused back into the person and thus far the results are extremely good. Immatics are currently using parsortix in 3 drug trials. One has just gone from phase 1b to phase 2. Another one is already at phase 3.......

New management have loads to work with here, Parsortix is a World class machine that sets the gold standard in most respects.
