Looks like we still have huge holiday demand!
From their results out this morning:-

Royal Carribean shares futures now up 7.5%, CCL up 4.3% (on NYSE).

No idea.
However if your paying over £100,000 to fuel your ship the 9% drop in the oil price has got to help!
The other fuel guzzlers are planes of course. On my screen all the airline shares are all down which makes no sense.
IAG results tomorrow of course.
It annnoys me that the airlines seem to be recovering strongly fro the covid debacle yet their sp's are still miles off where they were.

Pratt & Whitney's GTF engines which has led to a lot of planes being grounded. In fact I can't find any. They all seem to have the CFM International leap CFM LEAP-1A engines? Very good!

for there not to be. Very happy to have got in at such a low sp level. Everyone should have a look at the presentation and make their own mind up. As far as I can see the foundations are laid and the future is extremely bright. Also huge chance of a bid coming in. The HER2 ASSAY DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP WITH BIOVIEW is just the start.

With the results tomorrow that is a brave statement IMHO !
I think the trans atlantic route will have been "raking it in" since covid.

just yesterday! Brent crude currently $72.22p. It was over $79.
So any fuel derived from oil should get cheaper!

I hold quite a few IAG and CCL.

I agree this is good news.
I also have to say that it is also good news that Brent crude is now down to 72.47.
Obviously as fuel derived from oil will become cheaper.
All fuel and products derived from oil in fact so unless the price rebounds INFLATION, all over the World is likely to be negatively affected.
