If Abbot buy out Angle Plc then could they not sell the Parsortix liquid biopsy machine along with their analytical products? They could then expand their products to analise the proteins and RNA (not possible without a live cell) and sell the means to analise that too presumably giving even more potentially life saving information about the cancer? Also they could pay for the maching to obtain FDA clearance for other cancers (other than brest) and do same. Abbot (or another large pharma Co.) could and up selling the machine and tests as a package and reap substancial rewards. Hundreds of millions?

Importantly they say they are are funded though to H2 2024. If it turns out they need to raise further money I can't see that happening until early next year. If course they may not need to if sales pick up substancially, and listening to the web cast it seeme to me there is a very good chance of that. In fact I doubt they will need it even if that are not bought by the likes of Abbot.
The Parsortix liquid biopsy machine which can separate out individual cancerous blood cells for analysis from a standard blood sample is like Mr Newlans says comparable to a smart phone. A smart phone provides the basic computing power, but the full potential is only unleashed one apps are run on it. Now cancerous blood cells can easily be separated out for analysis without surgery a whole multitude of analytic tests can be carried out on a regular basis. A you need is a fresh sample of the patients blood.
I found the web cast from 37 mins particularly interesting:-

share price improvement on Tuesday and someone I know is going to spantaneously combust on Tesday morning. So I will be keeping away from people and have a fire extinguisher with me just in case.

I expect a bid to come in. The ground work is laid and a larger more established company willing to invest a bit more to get it over the line is likely to make a mint I think. Great shame really. However those who's average is say below what ..... 40p a share I think certainly will not end up getting burn't. Maybe it will get bought out for the last placing price, 80p a share even. It's a matter of holding. If the contracts pick up big time over the next 6 to 8 months maybe Angle will manage to remain independant. If not surely it will get bought out. Either way the current sp is just silly IMHO. The next 6 to 8 months or so is key to it's future I think.

IMHO that comment is very unfair. IMHO is very good at explaining the Company and it's products.
Take up has been a lot slower than had been expected but the machines are out there and sales are increasing.
The Parsortix system is the only one cleared by FDA (licenced for use anywhere in the United States) for use in metastatic breast cancer and they believe they are 5 years ahead of the competetition. Note the machine can seperate out an individual LIVE human blood cell from a normal bood sample in a test tube. The cell can then be analised to best target the cancer treatment. Cancer cells can change during a treatment time scale so repeated tests can monitor the changes (if any) to the cancer and therefore enable adjusting the treatment to suit.
It's a Buy IMHO.

The Company is about 5 years ahead of anyone else with the Parsortix system for harvesting live cancer cells from human blood for analysis. That in itself IMHO is worth a fortune, let lone anything else.

If it was half of the placing price last July (80p), so 40p, it would still be daft IMHO.

The presentation was good. If a fund raise is needed (depends on how things go, obviously) I should think it would be towards the end of this year. That is if the Company has not bee taken over by then, or the orders pick enough to negate the need entirely which could happen.
I think the sp is silly low, the 80p placing price last July was realistic, and Angle Plc will get a takeover bid in due course at multiples of the current sp. Abbott Laboratories maybe?
