The placing shares were credited to whoever (like me) bought them. Apart from there being more shares in issue nothing else has changed. This "market mechanics" and the "clearing of placing shares" is most likely something you have read on a bb, believed, and re-posted here!

The new bought shares are in the share accounts of whoever bought them! Simple as that. If they want to buy more or sell some, it is up to them!
