So some vessels starting to get through now. We really need the huge oil tankers to get out. As the USA said they are unlikely to want to go back until the situation is as it was before the war. So although I'm sure a vast amount could get out assuming this continues in a few months time there might not be any tankers willing to do the trip! The test costs £130. The situation is ludicrous. NICE should be scrapped.

I mean the UK rollout decision should have been made 6 months ago and NICE are still dragging there feet with this. It is appauling only 14 neonatal wards in England offer the test to make sure a bably admitted to neonatal won't have a bad reaction and go deaf. ***For heavens sake*** how much money would be lost even if one baby is made deaf due to not having this test? If the baby lives for 100 years are we talking £10 million labour/material cost to support it??? Why have NICE NOT got any common sense??? Then it gives Mr Trump the green light to start a "new" war and start bombing again. Either Iran don't fire and let the ships out, in which case they could claim to done this to help the crews etc. of the stranded ships and get good World wide publicity for being reasonable. Or they can attack, get World wide comdemnation for their actions, and have the USA bomb them "into the stone age", and congress can't stop Trump. Vey cleaver I think.

The people speaking for Iran seem to be out of touch with reality. The USA is NOT having massive problems because of the Closure of the Straight of Hormuz. Iran evidently is, then the close arab nations they used to be friends with like Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The rest of the World are affected as well of course, but to a lesser extent. Unless Iran incluses the nuclear issue I think trump will leave things as they are. What does he care?

1. The Genedrive® MT-RNR1 should be available for use in every neonatal ward in the UK. Not just some hospitals. Every baby should have the cheeks swab test to make sure it will not have a bad reaction to aminoglycoside antibiotics and potentially go completely deaf. At the moment this antibiotic is given to almost every baby as soon as they are admitted to the wards. Presumably the doctors or nurses keep ther fingers crossed

the baby won't end up deaf.

2. The CYP2C19 should be available for use in every hospital in the UK that has stroke wards. Every single person that is admitted should have the test to make sure the Clopidogrel will actually work. At the moment nearly all are given Clopidogrel, but there is a risk it will not work. "General/White European Population: Around 30% of people have at least one loss-of-function allele (*2–*8), making them intermediate or poor metabolisers, resulting in weaker anti-clotting effects.". Clopidogrel is a blood thinner that helps guard against a second stroke (another stroke is likely within 2 weeks of the first one). So if it does NOT work and the person gas a 2nd stroke, how much might that cost? £500,000?? A death???

The UK Government just can't get ther act together, can they? What needs to be done is frigging obvious. Also it will SAVE THE NHS MONEY FFS!!!!

World class machines that can save hospitals millions pounds. All well and good. Until it comes to getting this information to where it counts, getting the machines evaluated by Government healthcare departments and then rolled out Country wide. It is absolutely obvious to anyone who understands what Genedive have got that the sales side is a complete disaster. Gino Miele is both the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Scientific Officer. This is 2 positions and a huge mistake IMHO. Then we don't even have a sales Director either! No wonder progress is at snails pace. They need to sort this out urgently. The 2 biggest share holders need to make Gino open his eyes.

What about Iran lets one 100 million barrel tanker out and in exchange the usa lets a similar oil tanker out? etc.... etc,... Just for say 3 weeks, and they do not follow the new Iran water route, but use the old route like before the war?
