Just wondering why everyone is saying that only 30 mins have been set aside for this hearing? I can’t see any reference to that in the court listings and there is nothing else allocated for Court 4 on that day nor to Justice Kawaley after the 11am start, so it could technically go on all day unless I have missed something.
I’m also puzzled by the withdrawal of Maples. It could be for the reason Devex suggests, but I could also speculate that Hope simply sacked Maples for not making him aware of the potential for a breach of fudiciary duty claim when he negotiated a seat on the board as part of the 2016 Loan Note Agreement. So far as I am aware (without revisiting the submitted documents) we do not know who represented each of the parties when the reivised agreement was drawn up. Surely Maples can’t have represented both parties - so maybe FRR used Mourant on that occasion and Hope/Outrider used Maples, and now it’s come home to roost for Hope? If so he might possibly have engaged Conyers, Dill & Pearman (CDP) to sue Maples for negligence in order to offset an adverse settlement against him in the breach of fudiciary duty and unlawful interference claim, and also to defend him and his funds against this claim.
Of course this is just speculation on my part, but I have a feeling that the session on the 17th might go on a lot longer than 30 mins.

Well, let's hope they have evidence he was in touch with some of the ex Georgian staff in the GOGC also. I am sure the CIA would be interested in that element of an American National colluding with Georgian ministry officials to take away an American companies assets in Georgia.
Good morning I cling on to the words Zaza used at the last shareholders meeting we don't go to court unless we have a very good chance of winning or words to that effect as was not at the meeting. I just hope we have a lot more evidence that we have not seen against Hope. All us mushrooms can do is wait while this all plays out. With Steve's connections in high places, I would have thought he has passed this by these people on how to get an American national from taking our prize away and selling to the highest bidder.
Lets hope for an oocs soon. gla.
Both of whom are in touch with people closer to the company. Have not heard from zib since his post about big holders very unconcerned with whats going on and cannot understand the hysteria on these boards. Also Mole who has Zaza ear I believe well email address. Where is kickmuck when you need his input.
Just seems strangely quite from some of our most esteemed contributers to this board. Any input guys?.
Well 5p I use the analogy that if the interest rate went up on your mortgage and the bank wrote to you and said that your interest rate is going up so you need to pay more and the mortgage was with the same bank that had you funds in but they stopped you from making the additional payment then claimed you had defaulted on the mortgage and want the house as it was a clause in the contract. Who's side do you think the judge would be on if it came to court
GLA..
sorry that should be only ever use money on AIM you can afford to lose. Lol
Thanks all for the support but if I write this off in my head then anything I get out of it will be a bonus and I will feel better about it. Even if this eventually comes good never ever again will I do AIM companies again.
Never ever use money on AIM that you can afford to lose will come to haunt me. Hope Rainbow is ok as I believe he is all in this.
Well happy Christmas everyone, I have not posted on here since the last RNS,s been in shock since and even though I have read most of the posts here I am mentally writing this off as much as I don't want to but it's my own fault for going so deep into one share. Most of my redundancy money and a few small pension pots I took as lump sums and some at least 65k.
I was going to sell some chunks and drip feed FRR share sales into 2019 so I could be better off but all that has gone now.
Not something I can afford to write off but mentally I will be able to plan ahead for the future and to get past the next year as I am retired I have now to cash in my other pension and take a lump sum to live. Thank goodness I did not cash in all my pensions only saved by the fact I could not take them any earlier than my next birthday.
Let that be a lesson on AIM, it wouldn't be so bad but its happened to me before but on a lot smaller sums
I know this could all come good if they win but I have had so many sleepless nights in this share and this is the 2nd time I have written this off after the last court case and we are here again.
Good luck with 2019 all, not sure I will be posting much from now on. Thanks to all the very knowledgeable genuine posters on here that have lifted my spirits so much in the past you know who you are Mole, Zib, Devex, Trout, Symore
ok the Judge may have lifted the injuction after the 18th so makes sense to have rns today.!!
The RNS came out after3 working days after the 18th. Surely they would have known this info on the 19th and we should of got an RNS before trading on 19th and Cairn advisors resigning on same day. Why leave it to the 24th!.
The only difference was that on Friday there was lots of selling and over the weekend someone got hold of the court documents being made public on the BB. So if the injucntion was appealed on the 18th by FRR lawyers and re-instated then surely we should of got news on 19th or am I missing something.
Its been a bad day for everyone I hope we can get something out of this situation.
I have also spoken to Zaza at the antholigist and he assured me everything would turn out fine hang onto those golden tickets. I am now wondering why I ever trusted him time will tell as someone said this could all be part of a grand plan but I am not holding up much hope at the moment.
Have a good Christmas everyone to you and your family.
surely Cairns told Zaza that they were going to resign sometime ago (days) before the RNS today
The Grand Court also ordered that the injunction should remain in force until the next hearing, which is to be listed in January 2019.
Good morning all having spent 4 hrs over the weekend reading all the posts and the emails from the court case I know I maybe biased but I have a good feeling about the outcome of the case.
The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the other super major is mentioned as BP and is now in the public domain.
We should really have an rns about that and also what happens with the nda now with the super major.
Just when I thought I had seen everything with this share another twist comes along. I have been here since 2011 and I have never ever seen a share like it. That box is full of goodies and everyone wants to get its hands on them.
It just may have been that they have played into FRR hands because of their greed and for once the small shareholder benefits from these scumbags, oh wouldn't that be a good christmas present. Have a feeling we will have to wait for an early 2019 present.
GLA with today should be interesting to say the least.
Did they leave a name the person you had a email from.
I spoke to Zaza and all going Ok . (is that the court case with Hope or production I would be interested in the court case at the moment)
Nothing to be concerned about (is that about the FCA/Winifrith shareprofit alegation or court case with Hope which I would be more interested in)
yes ivyspivey thats what I thought they could of started this when he first blocked a fund raise in April. It sounds this is orchestrated by FRR while they collected evidence and Hope was getting in deeper with his misdemeanors as a director.
I hope FRR have taken legal advice before they went down this route in removing Hope as a director and claiming damages. I hope it works out for us long suffering shareholders. But its nice to know Zaza and SN also have alot to lose. GLA
If Hope could block any fund raising package with his veto how come the last RNS stated we have access to $65m fund with $20m which can be used for exsisting debt. Sorry for being thick but why can't he block that or is it to do with the injuction and he is not allowed to vote?.
Hope Mole can shed more light on this court document and what it means to FRR with his expert eye. I hope this court action is sorted soon.
To my point of view after reading that document we must have a good case here.
3.5m shares at 0.33 shown as sells then a 1.8m sell at 0.32. Not sure whether the 0.33 sells were actually buys. You can never tell with lse. Lets hope Hope has not got a leg to stand on with the evidence submitted by FRR today. GLA
ell if the major pulled out they would be free to publish flow rates. I don't believe they have pulled out and we won't see flow rates this year. Good news as far as I am concerned and wrong footed Hope just before they have to submit their defence. GLA today
From block energy today. Looks like they want to catch up with FRR's production targets in 2019. Come on Zaza give us long suffering share holders some Christmas cheer.
Block's operations in Georgia on Thursday (7 December 2018), to re-complete up to eight wells at its 100% owned Norio licence, part of an initial work programme targeting an increase in production at the field to 250 bopd by H1 2019.
I see TW and easyrent have been named would not put it past those shysters.
