Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
I am with HSBC I got my certs for me and the wife from them about 4 weeks ago. Why would they say that I don't believe you.
Well I guess the latest verdict from the judge is because Fronterra were too hasty in their TRO having learnt their lesson in the Caymans were Hope tried to take the asset by jumping the Judge and sailing very close to the wind.
Looks like Hope has learnt his lesson in the Caymans and just issued the default letter and let FRR jump the gun with a hasty TRO but at least they have set out their stall with why they want a restraining order. I hope Fronterra have learnt from their Caymans experience and that the 2 sets of attorneys have talked to each other ie Caymans set and Californian set.
The pressure of a court case, especially on Hope and his fellow directors at OMF, must be considerable as they risk if they lose financially and professionally especially if the SEC get involved.
I still think we will get an oocs before this goes all the way as the stakes are too high for everyone to take the chance on a jury but if it does and with the high flyers representing FRR in court and following the other case which set a precedent on directors fiduciary duties then I think we stand a good chance of one of the allegations submitted to the court of Hope/Outrider sticking.
So I am still confident of sanity prevailing and a settlement before it gets to court. What I don't understand is why we haven't got the Durham proposal as they said 20ml would be used to pay off debts ie Hope once and for all unless Hope won't agree to it as a director still but then it proves the fiduciary case once and for all against him.
The saga goes on we can only hope for some more info from the Caymans next week.

Good morning all nice to see the positivity return to this board. I did say yesterday we were in the driving seat you just had to join all the dots up especially as we attracted 2 high flying lawyers to take on our case as I said yesterday they would have avoided this like the plague if they thought we did not have a good chance of winning, bad for their careers if we lose.
Thanks to all super sleuths on this board I take comfort from the fact Hope is now having sleepless nights as some of us have had Christmas time. His worst nightmare must be looking up from the pavement with his clothes in rags and the pot in front of him with a few dimes in and SN happens to pass by but does not recognise him with his beard and
and tattered clothes and drops a cent in his piss pot and says you have enough in there now for a cup of tea.
Zaza, on the other hand, walks straight past him as Georgians don't give out charity to tramps.
happy days everyone.
For what it's worth I think Eric Seth Fisher and Earsbern would not take on this case if they did not think we had a good chance of winning, they would not risk their reputation as winning cases and getting a good settlement for your client is all about getting your next case. They would have carefully studied the evidence that FRR has on hope and how they could approach this case.
In my mind FRR are in the ascendancy on this case and have control of the direction, Hope had to counter-attack with his own case against Frontera.
Don't forget the SEC form he submitted recently did not include this latest writ against him, I am sure the SEC is following this and if this comes to court they will be looking into this case especially if it is proven against Hope and outrider, he has a lot more to lose.
I also see that so far the shorters are not crowing about it certainly not on here and iii. Puddy please think before you jump to negative conclusions all the time.
Good morning all does not worry me that we are a private company we know why we delisted we had no choice and one of the clauses in the Californian summons was that Hope/OMF conspired to delist Frontera so that it did not have access to raising capital.
I too think the timing of the 2nd case in the Californian court is timed as Cayman court action ends with Hope being paid off under the eyes of the judge and then getting damages against Hope and Outrider via the courts in America and hopefully a substantial payout and criminal conviction for Hope et all.
They must have more evidence and witnesses ready to take Hope and Outrider down. It appears Frontera have Hope by the jugular and he cannot do anything about it.
Would have like to of been a fly on the wall in Hopes defence room yesterday when they got the news of this 2nd case
in the Californian courts as this session was to rubber-stamp the oocs in my view with Hope getting most of his money paid off.
I have spoken to Zaza and I believe he is a man of his word when he says we are to relist and I don't share your pessimistic view spikebrown.
As has been said before we have some guardian angels feeding us some info if this were some last desperate action
by Frontera would they really be that bothered telling us unless they are super confident as Frontera's legal team have their hands round Hopes scrawny neck now with the supporting evidence gathered in the discovery.
ian12 if you had been following the rns's you would have seen that they have said they will relist and YJ, Malc have all commented that we will relist. Also even as a private company they can still give a dividend to shareholders. Your slant is always negative.
good luck with that baggage1.
Thanks for the comments on which ones people use.
Good morning all I have the share certs now from hsbc for me and the wife anyone recommend a good broker that I can use?.
sorry signed by the CEO cannot really see who the signature is.
Hi all just got a share certificate through from HSBC nominees signed by SN. I hope one day soon that cert will be worth something. Still waiting for the wife's though she has 5m more than me.
So they are giving out share certs.
GLA for an oocs soon.
Good morning if it was bad news which travels fast we would hear about it before long. I think we are safe to assume these are malicious rumours by desperate people. GLA.
Good morning everyone it really amazes me that some people supposedly invested in here can verbally bad mouthing their own investment I say supposedly invested as we only have their word that they are invested. I have had a few investments fail here when the company goes into administration or they call in the receivers and believe me that happens fairly quickly when it does happen.
We are still here and someone or something (oil) is still paying our bills that is a very good sign.
The other thing that appears to be going in our favour and you only have to read the latest court documents is the case even without the New York funding which is another huge plus is going in our favour.
How else did our shorting friends TW etc get wind of the arbitration with the Georgian Government someone leaked it to them, if that person was Hope that is illegal. Who knows what evidence the discovery came up with.
Yes Zaza kept information from us and I am annoyed with that but it may have been that he had no choice to keep the company protected.
There's no point in maligning your own investment it was your choice to buy into it have the balls to accept your own mistake if that's what you believe and maybe look in the mirror for once and maybe that's where the fault lies.
Here's to a good week for all LTH.
Good morning all some Sunday musings from me,
I have always admired your positivity RR but then you have such a large holding and everything resting on this share coming good. Like you I have a substantial sum in here which will make a big difference to me and my children if it comes good.
Although I have met and spoken to Zaza should we come through this it is going to take Zaza some time to gain my trust again not that I think he is untrustworthy but we know now he has kept critical information from us which would enable us to have made a decision to twist or stack as we have always know this was a bit of a gamble but from time to time in life you have to gamble but gamble with only what you can risk to lose and had we known some of the stuff we now know some of us might have de-risked some of our investment, I know I would have as its forced me to use funds to get me through this year that I would not have used.
Luckily I had those funds and did not put more in here. I just want Zaza to pay off Hope and get us listed again I think most of us have had enough of this tight rope walk that has been Frontera for the last 7 years of my life.
GLA for next week and lets hope for some news.
good find Chris it is so frustrating that we hear about this activity in Moldova and Ukraine and yet they are fighting with Hope over the ownership of the Georgian assets. Lets hope for some positive news soon on court case the oocs must of been going on now for 4 weeks at least so lets hope it does not go on much longer.
Steve is in the photo he's hidden behind the woman's head I'd recognise that bald head anywhere but his tie is hidden for positive proof.
I know this has been thrashed to death but my take on this whole situation especially after reading the first court papers were that Zaza and SN were trying to keep Hope in the dark about a lot of what was going on day to day in Frontera.
What if they were trying to keep from Hope how much oil was being sold and maybe even throw him off the picture by giving dis-information Zaza said oil did not go to auction at a meeting with share holders, maybe it was going to auction but Zaza did not want Hope knowing how much oil was being sold as it was all there on the GOGC website for Hope to see and had to keep up the dis-information with shareholders. So whether MP is correct or Mole is neither here nor there. We know information has been with held by the board and it maybe to confuse Hope with what was going on in the company. Well that's my theory anyway.
GLA we just have to keep waiting and hope we get an oocs soon.
Mole good post but didn't Zaza himself say when asked about this that they were taking a sledge hammer to crack a nut and didn't seem to concerned by the arbitration.
Yet we found out with the court documents that the GG want to take 95% back of the fields. Even knowing this Hope still wanted to take control of the assets we presume to sell on even though if he took control the asset would automatically revert back to the GG.
Where is the sense then in that. The court case looks like is going in our favour so lets get this funding in place pay off Hopeless and get the 2019 campaign off to a flying start with the funding in place. That's where I am at the moment. If the news is in lockdown lets just wait for the update the appeal is in April so Hope will be sweating he can get the best deal before the appeal date and part of that is for FRR to drop all actions against him.
We also have friends in high places that can put a bit of pressure on the GG so let them get on with the oocs settlement.
GLA
I also note that the resident band of shorters and share profit TW has been very quiet reference all this new information even they cannot spin a negative on this for FRR or is it they are resigned to this being hopes last stand with the loan blocking now just in shreds.
Half of me wants FRR to go for the proverb able jugular and get the $56m dollars and give some of it as a special dividend to all shareholders for all the pain and sleepless nights hope gave us around Christmas time and yet the other half just wants them to pay off the guy and get back to building a mid cap oil and gas explorer.
Some really great posts on iii from all the usual well informed guys and mole etc on here.
good morning having now read the documents from the court case I can see a marked change in the judges view of hopes defence which has given me some relief in the outcome of my investment.
From what I have read the judge now has gone back on his view of the likelihood of FRR winning their fiduciary case against Hope but is also trying to justify his first judgement against FRR due to not having all the evidence in front of him.
That being Hope's defence not submitting all the data and the discovery possible with new evidence. That being the case I would think that FRR now have the upper hand in the OOCS as long as the loan comes through. Also the longer the time goes on the nearer we get to the appeal date which even the judge now says FRR stand a better chance of winning the fiduciary case against Hope and $56m. The pressure is on Hope now and if FRR play hardball that date coming ever closer its up to hope to make concessions that's how I would play it.
Hope from the tone of the court papers has seriously upset the judge with their antics and who will instruct the appeal court judges on the case so far. Feeling a lot happier with my investment today and with how Zaza et all have played this. GLA LTH.
