What a lot of b@@locks... this is a company coming out of the dead and looking forward to a great future, just be extremely grateful for that. If tui was a British company it would have been dead and buried with all your investment

It's the company potential to grow that matters, the dividend is secondary to that .

TUI has now strong foundations from which to grow, which is all that counts for me

I never had USA, Canadian, Australian etc stock paying dividend. Don't they all tax at the source non residents?

I would think the lawyer would be very interested in taking on a second action for another group. He would get paid just the same as in the first group BUT he would have to do very little work for a second action as he would already have all the evidence needed from his work done for the first group. it would be easy money for him

thanks for asking, Ashwaldo, great question. At the time like me other shareholders might have thought it was not a good idea as it seemed like throwing out good money after the bad. But now the prospect seems better. We could ask the same lawyer if hewould be prepared to take up a second group. Hopefully you'll join in too.

How to find a member without the link? Not long ago here it was possibileto search for members by clicking on "members" but you can't do that anymore
