Maybe when the GMET grant is announced then POW should sell 5-10% of GMET and return the cash as a "Special Dividend" to the shareholders as PJ always indicated was possible. This will make the market and potential shareholders sit up and take notice. Or just keep the cash and flash the cash so everyone knows we are primed and "Loaded for Bear" as the expression goes.
