Yes. i had to look multiple times to believe my eyes. I have gone back to them to ask where it came from but no answer yet. It must be wrong as nothing is showing anywhere and the price hasn't crashed. But in the short term it nearly gave me a heart attack.

My broker has just told the Keysight offer has lapsed and won't be happening.

never underestimate the skill of an AIM BoD when it comes to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. they are to commercial success what politicians are to honesty.

My broker has messaged me to say the deal is agreed at £1.99 just no date for it yet. Then i see the share price 8% lower.

Besides the risk of it not going through where is the downside??????

as for what happens to the shares - nothing until there is an agreed deal. on the date of the takeover Dark will cease to exist and in your account you will recieve the appropriate amount of cash.

Todays RNS sets out a timescale for the sale. Longer than i had hoped and might well cause the SP to drift as some will see value in getting out and moving their money elsewhere. This might give those will to wait until much later in the year an opportunity to make some cash but it won't be quick.

Another reason for tiny sells and buys is to find what the real share price is with your own dealer. I do it as the quotes i get are often BS. so i buy or sell a few pence worth to get a more accurate price.

However I do agree the market is manipulated and it should be stopped.

Shorting should be illegal. That way would see people investing in the market not betting against it. Investment would bring growth and that makes money for us all.

Sadly the market has not reacted in a positive way so far. :(

I'm not sure i get this but there is an offer for 201p i can buy for for 8p less than that. yes there is stamp duty but i'm still looking at a profit of around 3-4% if not higher bid comes in. what am i missing to make this a good thing?

i won't get rich but i'll make a tidy profit with almost zero risk.

With buying like this the price has to go up.

If you could get the ask up by putting in lots of little trades it would be worth sitting doing it with a limit sell set until you trigger your big trade then. rinse and repeat.

surely some madman on here has tried that. It seems like a better plan than just plain ramping or deramping as i guess it would work in the opposite direction with sells.
