Rodney, what you regard as nest feathering, I see as necessary incentivising of the new Team. Do you expect them to give a 110% effort with no skin in the game? Surely with these options awards, they now have reasons to execute and deliver. I do not see how they could benefit from their 7p options and we lose out at the same time. These guys are different from Scott. They are financial guys. They know how the market works. All Scott could talk about was The Rocks.

I really don't care how many options they get at the end of the day so long as they deliver, and we can leave with some profits.

From my perspective, the new team looks more capable to me than Scott. Things are happening and they will soon tell us what the plan is for the future. They are doing what they have said so far re ExploreCo, and Tandy. Patience is required to give them time to tell us the full plan for the reset. Listing, Tandy, and the game plan for Cascabel. If we are going to production, I just need them to confirm that.
