17th Oct is the first day of trading after the Venus TR1.
Where will the share price go from here?

Both sow doubt where there is even less than ever. They think they make genuine points out of the SYME performance of late - and yes this is true.
But they forget to provide balance and highlight the progress made. The recent weeks have been tremendous for the company and potential for share price growth - castle and Nobby know this but can’t admit it.

If you look at every LSE BB each has its resident troll and negative poster, it is normal and generic.

The LTH know more than recent entrants of the journey from Dec 2020 and after 22 months can finally breathe more comfortably about the Vision of AZ being realised.

There is nothing special about Castle or Nobby - every site has them.

As a LTH know that Venus is here as an investor and wants to see its investment grow through share price appreciation.

Friday’s news was unwelcome by the likes of Castle because the narrative until now was no TR1, well we have had it and Venus owns 8b shares and syndicated the rest assuming it realised all options and received 12b.

Friday’s news was pretty good and the coming week should see updates on many topics.

Hughes - I see your logic on this. I was thinking the same. Assuming Venus exercised all its options to help SYME complete the Mercator chapter. I hope so.
Syndicating is a good explanation. We will know by COP tomorrow on the status of Mercator - and the sorry CLN chapter. If Mercator is gone this week I will be very happy to have a partner in Venus partnering SYME for the scale up and growth stage.

Castle, do you know the threshold which if crossed Eni’s need to issue a TR1?
My point is that as we are nowhere near that point and if Venus does sell for some stupid reason, I don’t think for a nanosecond it will as it is here for multibagging gains, then until that point is crossed there is no need to issue a TR1.

Peak - we haven’t been advised of the global manufacturer behind the first IM. This news along with the promised PR event is pending too.

Castle - if Venus start selling and the share price drops you will have forecast correctly, if they don’t, and why would they, then the share price will rise.
