Hi Northern. This seems to be a sensible fund raise. It’s all about the potential here not just our own development which looks positive, but also the income streams from our purchased assets. This is looking like a major Energy in the making company to me. Today’s value may look silly in a few weeks after the CPR is announced.

I am also pleased with today’s RNS. Would like PL to advise his projected daily production figures for the year and obviously we await details of the cash proceeds we can expect. Considering that our Atome interest is worth circa £7m the main business is ridiculously undervalued at £32m.

I hope to see a positive production update RNS tomorrow Northern.

Hi Northern. My thoughts are not. Plenty of potential with existing assets and I can’t see PL going back to shareholders for more dilution. We need to get production up to the 4000 barrel equivalent daily on a sustained and increasing level and build cash before anymore moves. Then see what Paraguay achieves where There is a 30% chance of success. I think that we will see the benefit of those higher oil prices when we export.

I have retained my PPC and Atome holdings. I even topped up PPC a little over 2p. Our market cap is £40K. We still own 27.9% of Atome which is circa £7.25m so do we really believe that our company assets and potential are worth £33m ? I expect some increased production numbers will be announced this week. I hope also that news on Louisiana is positive. Paraguay will be a huge bonus if successful. This remains a buy for me. Good look all in 2022

I believe potential for additional drilling in Salta, Northern. That apart, increased Argentinian and USA gas and oil production expected to circa 4000 barrels equivalent which in its self will increase revenue. Paraguay with its potential seems to be the driver for additional revenue and this is initially a virtually free ride. Of course if we retain 25% plus of Atome and this share price increases after the IPO then the PPC value will reflect this.

Pretty bullish wasn’t it Northern. Not a massive fan of Malcy but agree in his posts re Zeph. I am surprised at the muted response in share price after the initial early morning surge. I think that the CPR due in a couple of months will attract a take over bid

No particular catalyst for share increase today other than anticipated RNS plus short term CPR. Looks good though and this could be a very good bet for big increase in time for Xmas.

I think that the RNS related to beneficiaries being allocated 1p shares, which they all are, but not getting them at 1p price. I maybe wrong

Well I wouldn’t be selling now but of course everybodies financial situation is different then so be it This is a strong buy for me based on Atome alone. I topped up yesterday and if I had the funds would have done today

Just couldn’t resist another top up at these levels. The next RNS will make the current share price look even better

They don’t quote the current NAV for PPC just their target price near term at 4.6p. Good to see today’s sell off not affecting PPC to badly

Another update earlier today, reflecting the Paraguay RNS, where they add 5p to the unrisked NAV based on $55 oil price long Term and they quote a “better than 30% success chance “

What’s not to like Northern. I topped up today. This has such short term potential for a huge increase in value and possible longer term take out by a company with the cash to harvest the acreage.

Welcome aboard HP. So much short term news due. Atome shares to existing PPC holders; potential new oil, Louisiana back on track and increased Argentinian Gas production after work overs . The price doesn’t even reflect Paraguay which is a virtual free ride for a 30% chance of success. Finally an update on all production to a greater level before yr end.

This reads well. Target price still 4.6 which surprises me but the last paragraph - “Our current forecast assumed US$6m of additional debt finance was needed to bridge the gap in cash flow from an estimated US$18 work programme this year. Today’s issuance more than covers at a better than expected rate “

A very shrewd piece of business by PL who is going through a purple patch at the moment and long may it continue.
