The Atome IPO will hopefully do well and the share price rise in line with inflated “green energy” stock values. PPC will be shareholders of Atome and any valuation increase swill help our share price too.
Positive broker note albeit house broker, yesterday. Bit confusing on additional barrels of oil expected on completion of 3 new drills quoting 250 bopd each well but then stating 513 bopd ongoing ? Still showing 4.6p target price and Peel Hunt still 5p. These broker notes are far more detailed than RNS and worth reading last few if you need some reassurance. I do realise that House Broker not same as an independent broker report but as I said Peel Hunt target price is higher.
Hi Northern. I have just read the Finncap house broker note on RNS and they say its an extra 513 boe expected from the new oil finds if successful. Worth reading the full report on the RNS. Less than £40m valuation for PPC is a joke.
I don’t expect much change in Oil production figure but after first half year success with Gas and much higher Winter gas prices, the numbers should look good. Topped up again another 100000 which is listed as a sell
I agree with northern and DRichi posts but would add that some current info on the financials with increased gas production and much higher price for Winter gas, which will make encouraging reading
I was 10 when we won in 66. I remember my Dad hiring a big TV (black and White) and all the family arriving for the day. I never thought I would see us in a final again. So proud to be English
And that’s an independent broker note. Peel Hunt. That may be revised upwards soon if update financials are announced ie affect of more gas production and higher gas/oil prices
Is available on their website and well worth a read. Covers Paraguay and also updated estimated financials for yr end 2020, 21 and 22. Eg they expect gross profit in current yr of £20.9m compared to their estimate of £7.4m for 2020. Updated figures assume Brent at 60USD /bbl but no increased assumption for gas price. Anticipated current year end cash 3.6m USD. Increased risked NAV and price target to 4.6p. Paraguay success over 30% and confirmation that any additional well costs will be met by internal resources with no equity funding planned. Well worth a read Guys.
Well Fevertree. Let’s start with an update of where we are as a company financially. I suggest with winter gas prices in Argentina at a high and Oil doing well, pretty good. Then there is a 3 well Oil opportunity planned for second half of the year starting soon. I will ignore Paraguay for now although that looks like a free speculative venture. And I do know we have spent millions on Paraguay before now but that spend is reflected in the current low share price. I am confident and so are Peel Hunt
Cheers Northern. Someone had a decent buy today. Not me by the way. So we are where we are. Historic mistakes and a business based in Argentina both holding back the share price. Eventually even the sceptics will notice an undervalued business and my guess is the updated financials will warrant the expected re rate. I am holding, buying at under 2 20 and waiting for the inevitable profit.
My point exactly in a post earlier today. It cost £5m but it’s worth going forward much more and this is a fixed asset
Hi Northern.
Tough response to a pretty positive RNS but this still has plenty going for it. We need updated financials which will reflect the increased productivity and higher oil and particularly, gas prices. The treatment plant due to start soon and that is a really impressive investment for the future. Three new oil opportunities in second half of the year. A re rate will happen and it will reflect the improved financials.
Agreed. Great value. Under the radar and ready for a rerate when we read the financials after increased production and higher Gas/Oil prices. Currently worth a far greater amount on any case. Topped again this morning 100000 more but down as a sell
I don’t think the current share price is even close to reflecting the value of PPC Northern. I don’t understand why particularly after the progression so far this year. All this extra gas volume at “winter rates” higher than projected and with additional Oil production in the second quarter, again at higher oil prices than we have had recently. When updated financial info is released this must reflect in our cash and a re rate is on the cards. Add Paraguay to the mix and I am still confident here.
Just topped up again. Can’t believe that prices getting marked down so close to Paraguay news. Do MMs know something we don’t ? All the trades here today are buys but price keeps falling ?
So quiet. Everyone awaiting the news re Paraguay. This week ?
The Paraguay deal and Production results and the affect of higher commodity prices will drive price going forward. This is so underrated and there will be a sudden increase/ revalue of share price reflecting the increased profits in due course.
Just bought another 200k shares at a very low 2.24. One day very soon the market Will catch up and realise the value here. In the meantime it’s fill yer boots time.
Well put Northern. From my perspective that was a very positive RNS. I will be very interested to know the impact on income going forward as this may result in an upgrade in future profits. Paraguay may be the catalyst for the shareprice move northbound. I am still confident of multi bag from here and 10p by year end
Result will have put PL in a good mood. Hopefully nice RNS Monday to celebrate this great win
