They may wait to drill target B before fundraising but I have a suspicion we may see an announcement in the morning - I could be totally wrong. I don't see an additional fundraise as bad news so long as KAV uses the funds get maximum value for shareholders ( I realise that anyone who took part in the last funding with a view to a quick flip wouldn't appreciate it). I think that they probably do need to wait until the first 2 holes are surveyed before doing a deal with Equity Drilling. I suspect everyone is itching to get more drills on the ground.

Can he reassure shareholders that the KSZ licences won't go into a spin off?
Does that drill core really look like the W. Horizon in Marathon ?
How many independant people have run an analyser over the core?
When can shareholders expect the first assays ( tell him not to worry about getting the core out of the ground first!)?
Could he please post a video of the geos jumping up and down with excitement.

Assuming, that they have found 'something'in the first two holes then I think they could/will either do a placing with a fund or get a VERY good deal with Equity Drilling and bring in either 1 or 2 rigs to put up to 20 holes in the licence that they are currently drilling before potentially selling it while retaining an NSR. I don't think KAV will be able to take the first resource to JORC but neither do we want to sell it cheaply. I'm not really convinced a JV would get much more benefit than going down that sort of route as they generally end up with a small NSR if they don't fund their own portion after the Major has funded their obligation. I think a sale of the first licence and then try to develop the rest to JORC.

Can folk PLEASE stop referring to the sale of 9 licences to SFR - we sold 8 (even if the latest RNS says 9).

As I say I wouldn't count on the success payment but PL251 is within the Motheo Expansion area so obviously a priority.
Interestingly one of African Pioneer's licences is also in the expansion area. All but one of African Pioneer Licences have Airborne data.

I agree AA would be a likely partner/purchaser.
I hadn't appreciated that licence PL365/2018 was the extent of the KSZ. I had assumed that the SFR licence immediately above this had similar geology and therefore SFR would be interested in the cores KAV recovered.

Obviously we are all really excited to know what's in the core, both for A2-2 and A2-1.
If we are talking to majors presumably they will give some access to expertise. I would like to think that if we share our cores with Sandfire that we will get some limited access to their expertise - they will be very interested having licence areas just above KAV.
I am hoping that we will get reinterpreted TDEM surveys early next week which should add another small piece to the jigsaw.
I would love to hear from Mike Moles but I assume he will terribly excited but also extemely busy trying to help in understanding what we have and the best way to progress it. A presentation, even on a subject you know inside out takes time to prepare - particularly if it is for shareholders.
I assume our exploration licences will cover us for anything that we may find in the core - I had a quick look online but I am still not 100% clear.

The claim may turn out to be bogus. The court case is not bogus as already confirmed by NVS via RNS.

At the time I was surprised that they stopped just 10m below the karoo gabbro considering they thought the conductor was at the bottom of the gabbro. I wonder what is in the core at 370m and how their reinterpretation of the TDEMs? Will be interesting to see their TDEM reinterpretation for target B and hear what they think it means for their model. Drilling hole 1 deeper may be an option. They have such demand for their drill that I'm sure they are itching to get another one going even if it is on the KCB.

I suspect they are limited in what they want to do with the drill contractors until they have surveyed the first 2 holes to ensure they were drilled within acceptable tolerances. After that I will be surprised if we don't see at least 1 extra rig. This hole going deeper has probably thrown the plan into disarray and upset Mr Johnson.

You should probably have a look at the intent of NDAs. I would be surprised if Companies House is spending all their time looking into GSEP. It is very interesting. GSEP supposedly bought CASA in March last year (while they were dormant) and sold it to Chun Can Capital in August and are selling it again at the moment.

It may be related to the Kalaba lease. Shareholders weren't given any infor about conditions of the lease or even the existence of it. I am looking forward to seeing all the info about Kalaba being relayed to shareholders in the annual report

- The previous RNS from ARC stated the purchase was taking the £1.95m Liability- the latest RNS for the latest sale (at least the 3rd time ARC have tried selling Casa) doesn't state that the purchaser is taking th liability.
- court cases may well be won but are currently causing nuisance.
- Kalaba mining licence no longer exists in th mining cadastre.
- They were supposedly in discussions with AA so would have been in a closed period as far as I can tell.
- They are supposed to disclose any director related transactions
- Can you please point me to the RNS that tells us the majors that we have NDAs with??

I agree with you (for once). It appears to be a twitter pump and dump. Don't get caught!
Some of the issues are
1. CASA was apparently sold to GSEP, who was dormant and during the period concerned was exempt from accounts due to that dormancy. They don't appear to have acquired any assets but are apparently now selling CASA. There appears to be a £1.95m liability related to Tremont Master Holdings that goes with CASA. There appear to have been several attempts to shift CASA liabilities to various parties in the past 3 years.
2. Court case(s)
3. Kalaba mining licence disappearing in spite of the fact that ARCM were going to be producing FCF from it. Other licence changes not notified to shareholders.
4. Surrender of Options appear to have occurred when directors would have been privy to inside info.
5. Apparent lease of Kalaba plant to a director without disclosure.
6. Revenue producing going into 2022 - really???
7. NVS appears to have stopped communicating with shareholders
The list goes on....
