Well at least it appears to confirm that the court case is not currently stopping drilling at Cheyeza. Assay Results will be interesting. I suspect there will be a rise in the SP but a lot of folk who have lost trust here will sell as soon as they reasonably can. The sellers, together with all the outstanding issues and the limited info we have on the intercepts will limit the SP.

Great news and the location of hole 17 could make the assay results very interesting. Also great to get a drill plan.

Possibly - I can't find anything about that online. The annual report should be available in the next 10 days. It should clarify the Kalaba lease and what has happened with it subsequent to the period end.

I thought the 2nd Aug articles had been well chewed over but the following statement got my attention
“And that the grant of leave herein should also operate as a restraint to the continuation of the disobeying of the order granted by this court and a notice of the existence of the said order for injunction to Handa Resources Limited,” the order further read.

Rereading the article I think it is just referring to the SML and SEL licences - although not sure how the injunction would work against Handa considering the only licence they have is the LEL. The article does potentially give some insight into what has been happening.

I don't know the legitimacy of this article but it does mention an injunction against Handa Resources. This could explain why we haven't heard anything about drilling Muswema.

I assume Sandfire will issue an announcement for their licence acquisition. I assume the puchase from GLR and AFR will be announced together. I also think they will announce the drill results from the included licences as that will be relevant to the purchase. That should be interesting news due in the next day or two.

Yes, when I read the BZT RNS and saw the market reaction I think Ben has made the right decision, both for KAV and his reputation, in not releasing the XRF results. I know the market has been a bit mad today but it seemed like that BZT RNS impacted all of CBs companies.

Assuming we continue to extract' interesting' core up to 1000m, I wonder if they are likely to send the existing rig to the KCB and bring in one capable of drilling deeper for target area B? I know shallower mineralisation is cheaper to mine but presumably if there is still 'something' worthwhile at 1000m then we would want to go deeper?

I think they have sufficient funds in the bank to complete Target A,
drill 2 holes in target B and do first stage of exploration on the KCB. I think they probably want to access more funds before potentially accesssing a second rig so that they have a rig dedicated to the KCB and to the KSZ. The exploration on the KSZ could take some unexpected turns so I don't think they will want to leave themselves short of funds. They may wait until they have drilled target B but that is likely to be after the end of November.
I was obviously wrong about reading Ben's tweets as a reassurance to the last placees due to another fund raise about to drop, apologies to anyone I upset be suggesting this.
It seems we are really lucky and have hit something worthwhile early so hopefully we will all enjoy the rewards.

But if it's purely through a deal with Equity Drilling the end of the week will be the absolute earliest we're likely to see something as I think KAV feel they need to check the holes have been drilled correctly before tying themselves into a deal.
