I am assuming if there were any questions over manipulation of the markets or insider trading then the provision of info by assay lab can be audited against the time the info was released to the market

One of the KCB licences we are purchasing lies between 2 licences that used to belong to Hana Mining. Hana Mining sold these licences (and others) to Cupric Canyon but also spun out a swcond company New Hana copper which became Handa Copper Corporation. This is a tenuous link and may be a coincidence but I'm not a big believer of coincidence. The Hana/Handa companies were TSX listed with no specific Zambia link. It may be that whoever is behind the Handa licence knew about the existence of the licences for sale in the KCB due to their proximity but it is another interesting piece of a puzzle.

The annual report had MM as owning 6.9% at 31st Mar 2020 and considering the shares in issue as of Apr 9th then I agree he must have disposed of at least some shares since then.

'Logging and core sampling work is continuing and laboratory assay results for the second hole of the programme (BRDD-21-002) are expected shortly, with results for the remaining completed holes to follow in batches. The Company will report on the assay results as they are received and collated.'

I would expect the RNS to be correct and hole 2 will be released 'shortly' .

Small_holding I suspect you are correct. The placing and possibly puchase shares must have pushed him below the threshold. RNS of 9th Apr updated the total shares in issue. TR1 should appear.

Orbit Base Metals has 2 LELs approved for granting(27757 and 27758). One if them has a boundary adjacent to Cheyeza East. Kafue copper has just submitted 2 applications covering the same area. I wonder if any if Anglos other targets are in this area. Is there a map that shows where AAs other targets in Zambia are/were?

In the investor call it was stated that being funded to the end if 2022 was not reliant on the Casa cash.

PL366/2018 and PL367/2018 that include the Quirinus copper silver project are amongst the licences included in the SFR sale. This has yet to complete but assuming it does then they won't be a target for any GLR drilling.

I do suspect it is an effort to extradite the assets without bringing Kalaba/Zamsort historic issues. This would then imply something is reasonably imminent. Handa Resources was set up in April last year but I haven't managed to find out anything else useful about it. A bit odd that it was set up a year ago but it may just have been a handy shell company.
There are a couple of items that still puzzle me - I think the directors surrendering their options may have been them wanting funds for another venture , the introduction of further drilling after Rothschilds have been brought on board seems odd - are there other assets being considered and they are trying to tie up the timelines. I can understand Anglo wanting more drilling but the timelines seem odd. Someone posted on twitter last year that Chilibwe Mining who have a licence next door to us are in a JV with Anglo. I don't know if that is true and I don't know if it relates to the licence next door to us. Caleb apparently is a director of Chilibwe Mining.

This is a disposal of 30% of the asset - I don't know enough to know how valuable an asset it was. From what you posted it it looks like LND didn't spend very much on developing the asset - GLR will have spent substantially more on developing SZ.

This was discussed on this board in the last few days. The other board has pocked up in the discussion from here. The Afrimin subsidiary would have beeen explained by the 50% reduction. Zamsort (50% reduced) was then renewed and after renewal changed to Hana so it looks like there was an additional reason rlfor renaming Zamsort.

ADVFN have been referring to our licence discussion on here. One thing I had missed which has been posted on ADVFN is that Caleb is a director of Chilibwe mining which has a licence next door to us. I wonder who the other prominent Zambian businesman was that they were looking to get on board as mentioned in the investor call - did they also have a licence in the area.

Is this to split Kalaba from the rest of the assets so negotiations can continue without worrying about Zamsort and Kalaba issues? Handa Resources was inc in Apr last year but haven't found any other info.

Although the Kalaba SEL and SML are still Zamsort (at the moment).

I can imagine that yours would be a challenging situation with limited respite currently available and probably made much worse by all the additional restrictions we are living under. Hopefully we are turning the corner and some normality is on its way.
I do find the KCB prospects interesting but am very wary after SZ comms. I assume we will hear something about KCB exploration in the next few days and I also have a feeling that the purpose of the additional SFR shares issued may become apparent.

It will be interesting to see if exploration happens concurrently on adjacent licences.
