Yes, the point of what I wrote is to inflict personal punishment on some people. These are avenues we have outside the legal system to put preasure on people. I know the battle is daunting for some, you feel like one tiny fish in a big sea of sharks. I've suggested things you can do. Will having the Fryer defrocked of his CPA restore the holyness of Minera? Maybe not, but he won't be an accountant anymore. His career will be messed up.
Someone mentioned no point in complaining about Jones to the AusIMM because Minera not Australian? THis is nothing to do with countries. If Jones is not a professional geologist, he is NOTHING. So if we complain about his unethical behaviour and he loses his accreditation, that is damage inflicted.
Again, please take some time to review the codes of ethics of the respective organizations and see if you can fit what Fryer and Jones have done into breaking those codes. These organizations will probably roundfile a complaint that follows the lines of "this a-hole screwed shareholders".
So whilst the big boys play behind their desks going for headshots, we can file complaints and strike the evildoers at their roots.
Anyway, I found the info I needed. I'll work on it when I have time. I'll delineate my arguments when I'm done but don't expect anything cohesive enough to save you from doing a bit of legwork.
Maxo, seriously, are you even allowed to use the internet? Learn to channel your energy. You obviously have a lot. Bite off smaller pieces if you need to. Diego Benevides is a descendant of a Peruvian mining dynasty. Daryl Hodges is a 2-bit stock broker crook from a trailer park in the Canadian wilderness who recently started a new investment firm called "Four Twenty Investments" working out his home on Ladykirk Avenue in Toronto. Compare and contrast. It's the prince vs the jester here.
