1. To sell on the resource to a senior miner
2. To jv the resource. See how bluejay got loan finance once they got an offtake
3. Raise the finance yourself.

Some lodes are almost immediately accessible so the project can reach self sustainability early. The sep Oct bulk results should confirm that. The flooded llechfraith level should also prove to be low hanging fruit. The newly discovered lodes will take some investment however the mines own revenue should sustain that. A lot of mine rehabilitation has already been done

on AIM there's a lot of investors who will jump from one share to another in the hope of catching steep climbs and ditch stocks which they don't expect imminent news. It is completely understandable that investors will sell up if they believe there is a long wait for news on this share and only a short wait for news on other shares. Lets face it, our past history is of quite sharp rises followed by drifts downwards as interest wanes.

I may be in the minority, but I'm expecting a strong newsflow over the next month or so, though I do get the impression that news seems to be released at the latest possible time as opposed to the eariest possible time, a behaviour I find irritating

Placings are not the only way of cap raise, what's wrong with a rights issue or open offer ?
As long as existing shareholders get the action on any discounted shares (or warrants) then what's the problem ?
This brings me neatly onto the next point. When the notice of AGM is posted then lets take it as an opportunity to restore normal share holders rights if there is any attempt to prolong the suspension of those rights, which requires a resolution.

may of the assets are held through subsiduary companies, e.g. Gold Mines of Wales Ltd. The Greenland licences are held by subsiduaries also.

I'd say that :-
most of the failures have been due to events beyond their control
shareholders voted to recover their rights so blocking a Bergen style capraise (which was probably necessary under the circumstances)
whereas I agree that shareholders should have been told about the unsuitable past samples from Utah, the current delay in receipt of the samples are due to Greenfield taking their time to get the plant running optimally and (probably) to assay the samples before dispatch
investment choices are the individual's own responsibility . Any pre breakeven AIM stock is likely to be very volatile

I was watching at the close, it looked as if there were market orders to buy at a greater price than there were corresponding to sell. I ve noticed that at auction time they become more visible, as usually you only see the market makers quotes. I need to read up on the mechanisms of the market.

but theyve some good NPV10 figures which we could use as a comparable and you'll also note that it has some details of the processing that they plan to do (presumably on or near site) and that they've an agreement in principle for some finance, so they are about 3 years ahead of our current position. But you'll notice the SP rise was only over the last year 15 months or so to reflect the resource, so some considerable patience may be needed.

Horse Hill, I would hope the new simpler Wells at HH may yet prove to generate revenue.
Oil isn't my strong point, does anyone have an estimate on the time likely needed to bring this well into production. Then there's the question of whether the income stream or the capital from disposal would be of most use to us.

What warrants are you talking about? Given the exercise prices relative to current sp, I can't imagine you'd be in the least bit concerned.
