I would have though that as we near the end of the first week in December, they would know if they are going to be able to make payment or not. If not then we would have received and RNS by now, I would also suggest that they would not have agreed further funding and waivers if there had not been a way forward. It’s a buy.

Distressed seller now out, well it certainly wasn't the departing chairman of the board as it looks like he never even held a share. Might have been the major share holders who requested he step down? I wonder who is on the cards to be new COB. Interesting.

Now the Milton Group have finished dumping their 56 Million shares hopefully we will see this share rise, presume they are finished, if not then it would have been wise for them to dump below the 3% margin so they did not have to declare another TR1. Screaming buy at this level.

Market makers clearly buying in, swim with the tide and not against it - imo it’s a buy.

Spindok, I’m fortunate enough not to have to average down and when I see trades disguised as sells that are clearly buys to the value of a hundred thousand and more each then clearly somethings is about to happen. I look forward to the next few days or however long it takes for this share to rise. Genuinely sorry to hear you have lost hear.

Trade at 16:19:34 is a buy for £4000, definitely a buy as I just bought in, its mine and guess what... written as a sell and down the price goes, just what is going on here?

Opportunity... Id say so, look at those three trades earlier this morning totalling nearly 150k then some how the next trades show as sells all day long even though the prices rises. Market Makers loading up? An opportunity for sure.

Mazik, appreciate the link but I cant help but focus on the following paragraph.. “In the medium term, we remain focused on achieving the full regulatory approval of Lupuzor which we believe has the potential to be a ground-breaking drug for lupus patients with blockbuster potential in commercial terms.” and when I read it I focus even more on the MEDIUM term which is not short term so see no RNS any day soon.

Jolifant.. How do you know whether I bought in at 9p or not...? I mentioned at 16p to be weary of a fake rise, I never mentioned whether I had bought in at 9p or not for that matter.

I asked before, not sure I received an answer but would appreciate if anyone knows? Why is RIN selling? Do they intent on selling their entire amount?
