Bought shares in November?

Cash in the bank now higher than market cap... work that out.. 70 million in revenue booked for next year, certainly worth reviewing this company.

"who buys the 100,000 and 150,000 blocks"....The same person that sells in 100,000 and 150,000 .. seen this many times. Look at the trades, there's the exact trades as sells as well a little later whether they be in profit or deficit. I think someone it looking for the bottom of a falling share price but has yet to find it.
Until the BOD clarifies exactly what mMIMO represents in terms of contract loss then it is impossible to know the implications to the company. I mean seriously … going by the RNS or the financial statement, can ANYONE genuinely work out what the worth of the mMIMO contract was worth to FTC? Unless we can there the share price is uncertain and with uncertainty it will only continue to fall with people buying in on the hope its reached the bottom but unfortunately it looks like it has further to drop. I am in this share at the moment wishing i'd waited but will average down once the bottom has been reached.

9:18 an 9:21 buys for 100k each @ 8.15p both written as sells, lots of buys showing as sells, market makers sweeping up all shares in anticipation of the share price rising... Makes me want to hold even stronger when I see this.

They report the 1.8 million for “this year” but let us not forget the 2.6 million that carries over as an opening balance from 2017 when net cash was 3.8 million after tooling expenses and R&D. (a further 6ook has been used this year) - Page 41 on the consolidated cash flow statement in the annual report.

FTC should not be at 8p … back to 13p minimum based on assets and cash flow alone..

Why has this company plummeted to 16 million market cap? Happy for anyone to trawl though the annual report or even skip to the above pages to scour through. I believe this company should not be sat at 8.2p with a market cap of 16 million based solely on a reduction of mMIMO forecast revenues, it’s just a small part of their production line. Shocked to see this drop, surely back to 15p as well over sold? DYOR.

Looking at the 2 contract wins, the mMIMO orders are $2million and a follow on order of $1Million which will now reduce down there after. Advise was given in the last contract win order that these orders would not be guaranteed and may fluctuate. FTC is producing 1.8million in profit each year from exiting contracts with the government, defence and public safety so why has future follow up orders of a mere $1million "turnover" (against a 24 million turnover) effected the companies share price to the tune of 54% today? Can someone please identify the reason for such a large drop whilst I continue to read through the 2018 annual report.

Shows Directors using their options to buy shares at a price of 6.35p when the share price was actually 16.5p so to think that this might drop below 8p matching that of options taken by Directors in November is extremely unlikely. FTC are likely to have others that will take up any slack in the sale of their mMIMO units world wide. Looking forward to the next RNS.

Starting to wonder if this company is actually doing rather well when I re-read the latest RNS. 2.1 million in the bank, secure contracts with the government and defence let alone servicing major telecoms units. why did this fall 55% today? surprised....

just how much was this antenna worth? how much will their client still be buying? Was it really worth more than half the value of the company which is still fully funded? Oversold.

Short term drop here? £95000 in cash to pay out, 17 million in shares that will again be sold off by Solo and nothing actually coming in, I agree this needed some news from HH to balance what we are actually getting in terms of flow rates and money coming in.

I tried almost all morning to get in this sub 10p yesterday and managed only to get a couple of tranches for £500 each time, your lucky to get in sub 12p even though it shows many trades but these are market makers scouping up the available shares.

Pugh1ey, “The deleveraging plan could result in material dilution for current Interserve shareholders.' Personally I take from that, that existing shareholders who were in prior to RNS at levels of 60p could see a material dilution to their existing shareholding but those that are new in at sub 15p will clearly not see a dilution any like that, I am therefore invested and think this may also be a good opportunity to leverage down. Of course DYOR before you make any trade.

Scarredback, your suggestion that day trading is the only way to make money on this may not be the best investment advise? Can you help me understand how you get to 500m D4E ?

Impossible to buy below 10p yesterday, I would suggest this will be going up from there.
