So looking at the presentation, I noticed under the assumed market capitalization that it mentions that currently the market cap is £32mill and the fully diluted market cap would be £43mil. Does this mean that they are expecting the total share count to be around 13 billion shares? Is this inclusive of warrants, etc? As in 43,000,000 / 32,000,000 = 1.34375... Times by 9.7billion = approx. 13bil.
How many shares will be taken up by outstanding warrants? We could roughly calculate how many shares they expect to have to release upon completion if we know this...
I keep reading posts that say we will have an RNS about deal for Cole Creek, but surely this poster is wrong? I thought the Atomic deal was for a 57.7% WI in Barron Flats and a 66.7% WI in Cole Creek? Have I missed something?
Been exciting watching level 2 for past 5 mins rapidly jumping up

I keep an eye on Marine Traffic and have noticed that the Essar Wildcat had recently left anchorage and was in a port near Batam for repairs, however it has now left port. This is surely the most likely rig to be used in Nigeria as it's the only offshore rig I can find associated with Essar. Unless someone has other info? It's maybe just general repair work, but hopefully it has been fitted out and prepared for a sail over ??
