This is what Wyoming is like at the moment...
I've not been keeping track on here because it's just been doom and gloom so apologies if this has been covered, but I did see there were some sundries on the pipeline.wyo.gov operators page regarding us. We did 2x emergency blow downs on 2 weels and this was to allow new equipment to be fitted, suitable for 5000psi. This must surely be the start of the upgrades mentioned?
Fed up reading the board tonight...
What's do we think would be an expected share price if and if we don't aquire CUDA?
'surely' if we take them over we can get, as a minimum, into the 40's??
Genuinely don't know if we don't get them...
This is my favourite bit of the md&a
"Company currently does not have sufficient working capital and cash flows to cover forecasted operating and capital expenditures for the next 12 months. With no assurance that additional financing will be obtained there is material uncertainty that casts significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. "
Page 17 of the MD&A
"at December 31, 2021, the Borrower is in default on the SCF with respect to the following:
• failure to meet a liquidity covenant at as November 30, 2021 and February 28, 2022 due mainly to an uncollected joint interest receivable from Cuda that is in receivership (see "Overview and Overall Performance" sections); and
• failure to notify the Lender of material events involving Cuda."
What are the implications of this?
