For what it's worth, I did receive shares recently. They turned up in my Standard Bank trading account. So they have been issued, that's for sure. I think the problem isn't with CGH but with your providers. They're non Tradable though, according to Standard Bank there's a corporate event?? Not sure what that means? But that's part 2 still to come.
Thats a valid point that everyone has forgotten about. First it was Ebola, then the court case debacle. I believe the court case is over and there's nothing standing in the way anymore. Given the price is nearly triple, if all the info released about the quality and quantity of ore below ground was in fact true then surely nows a good time to pull it out?
Not sure. But from my experience a good guess would be nothing at all, or at best probably a promise of sorts.
Not unless you go to Groves house and take it out of his pocket.
"What we can do is provide guidance regarding any relevant rules an authorised firm should be adhering to and the options you have available to try and resolve any issues."
Well isn't that what we are asking for? This was a company listed on a stock exchange. Sure, the company has now deregistered, but surely that doesn't mean one can list, obtain cash flow and once they've "kidnapped" your funds, deregister and do what they like with your money. The fact that our shares were obtained under a monitored safe haven surely means there still is a level of responsibility from FCA?
It's a company registered on a stock exchange they monitor. The least they could do is red flag directors CEO's etc as untrustworthy for future listings.
I must agree. I don't think it'll save us here but these guys most certainly need to be stoped. They consistently have used the AIM set up to raise money for nothing more than promises, not delivered and whittled the money away to who knows where. Then start again. Same operation. Promise - don't deliver - take money - disappear.
He seems to have learnt from his counterparts in Sable/Agriterra/CGH and some other listed entities they've milked. It's a simple process on the AIM. You list a hopeless company, sell ice to eskimos, extract your money and disappear, updating nobody for years to come. It's their tried and tested honey pot. I would caution against getting involve here. Stay away from AIM rather invest on other more trustworthy platforms.
I would say the best advice here is to learn. I will not touch any share on the AIM stock exchange. You'll be hung out to dry. There's no protection against any dubious dealings. It appears people can simply list, take your cash then leave with it. No explanation required. Stay away from AIM.
I'm in South Africa so I went the email route. No reply.
I see your point. Thanks for the info Kiwi
I was under the impression that the current CGH shares would change to CGO shares, as the did when we changed from Sable to CGH.
That would be good. I'm hopping this isn't more smoke and mirrors. Perhaps holding at least until the dirty stuff comes out the ground would be advisable. Initial listings are always wild cards.
Regardless of the re-entry price, what happens to it after the listing? Any takers? Is there fair value here now? I would assume there would be room for growth.
I do, I know what happened. You and I had money in our pockets. Via a process of smoke and mirrors that money is now in somebody elses pocket.
Thats not correct. They should reflect as Consolidate Growth Holdings LTD.
No
Avro, the only logical explanation is that you have a sense of humour.
That would be a great idea. Waste even more resources on suing. They stand to make a lot more money by concentrating their efforts on making CGH profitable than on suing. Perhaps at a later stage, but now, not going to help make profits.
Another article written as if it were all fact when in fact it's no more than opinion. Be wary of what the media publish. They often have their own agendas. Not worth anymore time.
By "idiots are still here", are you referring to yourself? Or are you some form of moderator that returns periodically and are therefore exempt from this label?
