Don't take to much notice about the negative comments. Just remember that this is a company with lots of potential. The timeline to realise that potential has been shifted for several reasons outside the companies influence. Remember that the reason there is no profit to show, which would translate to share price, is due to a few reasons, namely, 1. Ebola virus 2. Iron ore price crash from all time highs 3. Claims of bribery that have been repudiated. Those are substantial external forces that have landed this company in the position it's in. Not the directors. The company still stands with all the wealth yet to be extracted. Nobody has stolen the money and run away leaving a shell with nothing in it. Just be patient.

Granted. However the bulk of the potential is lying in mineral wealth which is still there.

Well going back to "the old days" a fair future value forecast by many was the mid 30's. About 38p. One would imagine that that is still about correct considering the valuation was done regarding minerals in the ground. If they still there, given, there's been a commodity price change, then surely thats still a good ball park figure?

Mozambique is ramping up. With the natural gas starting to gain some traction there will be a resurgence in food demand. If you look at the civil works going on in Maputo you will see the anticipation of an increase in housing and real estate demand. It's a very different place to two years ago. Thats good for AGTA.

I've been following the goings on over at the directors other business, Sable mining. Judging by the "here say" on the web most investors seem to feel Global Witness weren't to far off the mark when insinuating that our leaders are anything but honest in their intentions when listing their companies. Let's hope we see positive movement here to prove that wrong.

With so much money lost I think it was just st hope! The last real competition nicest ion from the biard was that we were on the verge of a real big deal regarding coal. The next communication was the delisting! Or am I wrong? Was there any hints from any body in a position of authority?

So GW was correct? The article said these directors use and abuse share holders and there funds. Seems perhaps they were closer to home with the truth than we wanted to believe.

I believe the helicopters were used for transporting cash to buying points for maize. That makes sense considering the security aspect. Exactly how the cash is now transported I'm not sure. As for the King Air, There was no real necessity except for site visits to Tete, Nampula, and Pemba. I little over kill. The cash can be better utilized now.

Well what they've said appears to be correct. This company has not made £1, yet every now and then there's an announcement about great things to come, which is never followed by any action. It attracts investors and that money's slowly redistributed through services rendered to the company. I am invested here, so I am not wishing this to be true. I read it in the report and found it plausible considering what I've experienced in the 3 years as an investor, or should i say as a "devestor". I guarantee the next announcement will be of great things to come, some new opportunities with yet another 3rd party company/investor that in a years time is replaced by yet another, if Sable's still around by then.

Never. As more time passes more credibility is given to Global Witness reports that certain members of the board use listed companies to run private interested profitably. It looks as if this ones been milked dry. If Global Witness is correct then soon this will be delisted and another interest with lots of promise will be listed,it'll attract investors and the cycle of self enrichment repeats. If Global Witness had warned me earlier I'd be richer today. I've hoped for long enough for true value here. 3 years later this company hasn't done an honest day's work.

This ones dead in the water. It's been to long with zero feedback on any business what so ever. Any buying can't possibly be based on any feasible facts.

I kind of agree with Avrhom on this on.......... for now. He's actually entitled to laugh should he choose to. After all for some time he has warned against buying and the share price has only moved down. HOWEVER!!! I think this will be a case of he who laughs last, lasts longest.

Ok thanks, I missed that post. You then got email feedback stating the deal is still in motion and nearing completion. How long ago was that corespondents?
