Thanks for your reply Samadhi1978. Interesting comments being made on here . I am of the opinion that unfortunately there will be further dilution. I hope I am wrong.

I agree that the share price should be higher than it is. Especially now that the company has the remainding 20 million dollars. Harry has not ruled out possible further dilution and this is why in my opinion the continuing sells are coming through. Let us see if there is some stabilisation here. I somehow doubt it for a while yet until further announcements are made. Harry seems to be very positive about wrapping this up before year end. A tall order as this has been dragging on for some considerable time. The city does not like uncertainty, so time will tell.

Last month, the 1 analyst had Kefi at highs of 25.50p and this month they have it at 16.15p. I wonder why they have reduced their sp forecast?

Harry will not want to giveaway too much of the company and I feel that the only way to combat that is share dilution. Harry did allude to this possibility in the webinar.

A share consolidation of 17:1 and a share price less than the consolidated price of 5.61p...how is this a good investment?

The recent share dilution has done nothing for shareholders and the next one will do nothing either. However, you as a glass half full person will think differently?

After listening to this yesterday, Harry has still not ruled out a possible share dilution. This once again, will shaft us PI's. He said that he is looking for the best deal for shareholders without giving too much of the company away....the only way is share dilution and at what price?

This funding has been dragging on for far too long and I feel that further dilution will be the outcome unfortunately. This maybe different if the outlook for gold prices were better! We watch and wait.

Of course the latest interview is going to give a positive spin as have all the others....what else are they going to say!!!! If they ever get funding, this will be to the detriment of small shareholders again. Due to the outlook for the price of gold, this is one of the causes that is stopping the funding from going ahead at the current sp levels, hence the reason why the sp is being dropped. Let us hope that there is not going to be any further dilution as Harry has not ruled out this possibility...unless of course a deal is struck at any cost?

for the ones that bought yesterday at over 0.05p. Let us hope that the sp stabilises. Going on past experience, expect it dropping further.

The market does not feel that Kefi will get the funding, hence down 11%. What a waste of an RNS !
