Indeed, we have to get news within the next 8 weeks in order for Kodal to be the first lithium producers in Mail. They’ve mentioned this a number of times so it’s something they seem massively keen to do. I agree think we will be around that level too until news drops and hopefully we will see a big climb.

Also they had £3.33m cash balance as of 8th July, this is 3 months ago not 5.5 months ago.

I don’t see that happening. They are due to announce financing within the next 8 weeks or so, if they want to be the first to lithium mine in Mail. It would literally make zero business sense doing a placing with companies literally lining up to finance KOD

Yep I think Steve mentioned that this should be approved by the Mail govt in a matter of a few weeks and sees no problems with this. We will see but he was confident this was a minor hurdle.

They said they want to be the first to produce and aim to do this by 2023, 12 month build, so working backwards I’d expect financing to be agreed by Nov time, could be sooner but will defo need by early Dec in order to produce by 2023 which is their aim

Yeah I just had to ask Bernie that question as wanted to know long term focus, so as a shareholder himself he wants the rewards

Yep financing is the last piece of the puzzle and with that in place it’s massively de risked so I think it may stay in the 0.003s until finance is sorted. Financing should be sorted by end Nov at the latest if the my want to produce by 2023 so this isn’t a long wait. Top up now whilst you can at these prices!

Cheers Epic, I just can’t believe we are at this market cap considering the massive value of the project. Could be that it’s a bit under the radar who knows, but am v glad I have bought a ton of Kodal shares!

General economic weakness, long term we should do v well esp as the price of lithium is so conservative!

Was I right in thinking he said buyout isn’t likely yet and wants to get it up to development stage and produce lithium? If I’m right then JV is the way to go. A great RNS and pres, gonna top up!

So if DMS is the way to go I was wondering why all miners don’t use this system? Makes financial sense to use it surely?

Also this explains why the BOD were confident of being the first to produce in Mail using this process. They said they wanted to produce by 2023, working backwards if it takes 12 months to construct then in essence we need financing to be agreed by End Novemebr realistically, again happy to wait until then for the right deal to maximise shareholder value, if it comes sooner then great.

As a summary the payback is INSANE! Payback of 2 months, based on very undervalued lithium prices. No wonder there is a queue…financing surely just round the corner, fingers crossed.
