Agreed, the company has misled us Bob. When the CE mark was not ready in May, they should not have suggested it would be coming along just a few weeks later. When the FY results came out their indication of a substantially better second half to the year stretched the meaning of substantial to the limit. Those were two naughty mistakes on their part and I do hold AR and the board to account for those. But I'm going to cut AR some slack because he was new to the job of Chairman and perhaps, just perhaps, he was over enthusiastic or misled by people reporting to him.
I won't be so keen to give him the benefit of the doubt a third time. I'm on my guard when he says anything from now on. But the main problem as I see it is not with the board but with Trevor Brown who has gone out of his way, in what appears to be a petty and vindictive manner, to trash the share price from the moment he started his selling. This man seems to have a personal vendetta against Alastair Riddell and the rest of the board. He has refused to come to any sort of an agreement with the board of Feedback to dispose of his holding in an orderly manner and seems to delight in selling his holding for ever decreasing prices. This is not the action of an honourable man in my opinion. I do not know if he has an overall plan for selling like this but I can't comprehend one. Why trash the value of his remaining holding by acting in his current manner? Can you think of a reason? I would really like to understand his motive here because the longer I fall to see a logical reason for his actions then the more it looks like action just for spite and malice.
Right, that's my little rant over. I still have every faith in TexRAD and will continue to hold for that reason. It's easy for me to do so because of the low level at which I acquired my holding. I feel sorry for people who bought at higher prices than I because the people here are a decent bunch and I have no desire to see them suffer from the actions of a bitter, disgruntled ex-director.
BTW Bob, I'm up at all hours because I have lost the art of sleeping a full 8 hours any longer. What's your excuse for posting in the midnight hours? Are you based overseas and in another timezone like Botak often is?
