Because the money raised is, on balance, a piffling amount and will only last IQAI around 4 months before running out based on current expenditure levels. If the company doesn't produce a significant revenue very quickly then more money will need to be raised around July / August time.

I know some people on this board don't want to hear my conclusions but for God's sake if you guys want to consider me a persona non grata at least get a pencil and notepad out and do the calculations for yourselves.

I may not be wanted but I am needed. How else would the people popping in ever get to hear about the other side of the story that happy clappers like yourself are trying so hard to portray.

I have no concerns regarding FDBK but thank you for your concern. I bought much of my holding there at only slightly more than the current price and am a patient man. Trevor was kind enough towards the end of his year long share disposal to supply me with many shares around the 1.25p region so I am happy enough with that.

I'm not bitter about Trevor but I know from past experience that I cannot post certain things about him here, even with copious links provided that back up my assertions, without getting my posts removed and myself temporarily banned.

In the meantime I have run a number of search programs this afternoon looking for the 'one fund raising per year on the main market' rule that you think exists but I have found nothing to confirm that thought of yours. I believe you must be mistaken.

OK Franco, I'm going to assume you are talking rubbish regarding the company only being allowed one fundraising a year as they have got two away in the last 7 months. This one will last about 4 months before the money runs out based on previous spending patterns (£500k lasted 7 months ergo £268k will last around 3.75 months). Unless the company can start producing decent revenues immediately they will be raising money again around the end of July.

Good luck with your investment here. I'd watch management like a hawk if I were you as it looks as though most of the money raised will go back to them in wages and interest.

You could provide a link if you are that confident Franco. IQAI raised £500k in August '18 and another £268k today. That's two fundraisings in less than 12 months. 7 months to be exact. Have IQIA broken main market rules in so doing? I don't think so. A link from yourself regarding this rule you 'think' exists would be helpful. I have no wish to spend precious time searching for a rule that may not even be there.

Also, all fundraising that requires new shares to be created at some point in time is dilutitive. In this case the board members will have a bigger share of the company at the expense of the rest of the shareholders once they take up the shares. That's dilution.

Finally you say this £268k cash will take them through to FDA completion. It might, but as I have said on numerous past occasions StoneChecker relies on TexRAD software to work and the owners of TexRAD do not intend to put that software forward for FDA approval before June '19. That is not a firm date,simply the earliest date they might put the software forward for FDA approval. I wouldn't put a bet on the £268k lasting until FDA approval. It might, but then again it might not. It is far from certain.

Hope you are wrong about there only being one fund raising allowed per year because this company might well collapse into receivership if you are not.

Franco, they have raised money twice in the last 9 months. Why can't they raise any more in the next 5 months? Truly interested as I haven't found a reason why you think they cannot. If you are correct then the company is liable to be broke by the end of this summer which seems ridiculous as I don't believe TB is stupid enough to allow that to happen.

Franco, they did a fund raise last August (see Publication of Prospectus RNS) and again today so I guess it isn't true that they can only raise money once a year.

A poster called 'Hazl' mentioned an ad for a project manager at IQ-AI on another website (Advfn). It seemed strange but I took him at his word. As I personally haven't seen this ad, I thought it best I label it as a rumour.

Or it shows that TB couldn't raise funds in the marketplace and had to dip into his own pocket to keep the show on the road. At current rate of expenditure this new money will only last 4-5 months so I would expect another fund raise around August '19. Earlier still if the rumour of them taking on a new project manager is correct.

In this IRB-approved HIPAA-compliant retrospective study, from total 93 consecutive patients with metastatic urothelial cancer treated with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors from 2013-2018, 43 patients with measurable disease per RECIST 1.1 criteria who had contrast-enhanced CT performed within three months after starting treatment were included. Progression-free survival was calculated based on serial follow-up CTs, and 11 patients without progression who did not reach 1 year follow-up were excluded. Texture features of measurable lesions on first follow-up CT were extracted (TexRAD Ltd, Feedback Plc, Cambridge, UK). Stepwise logistic regression analysis to identify patients who had progressive disease (PD) at 12 months was performed and performance assessed using receiver operator curves.

TexRAD, the software at the heart of StoneChecker, isn't applying for an FDA clearance until at least June of this year. I suppose it just might be that they have a problem getting FDA clearance when the underlying software is untested by the FDA. In fairness to Trevor and David, they have said it won't be a problem but I have my doubts.
