Fantastic news for Wincanton today. Well done to all involved.
This has to start climbing now and the country have to wake up to investing in this as there is proven gas and oil in that basin. Simple facts. Stop importing it and start producing our own at least for the short term until we can find a better way. GLALTH ??
Agreed. What is the world coming to. With the IOW and Gatwick why is this county not propelling these to reduce costs and keep spend and growth internally. Bizarre. All this inspirational good morning statements can not change my mood today after waking up to this RNS. O well, onwards and upwards as they say.
Pandy2 my thoughts are Market Makers and the city lowering to allow buys which undeniably there have been a great deal since the slight retrace. Onwards and upwards I’d like to think with today’s news delivery and a strong finish to the year with a snippet of new, unannounced business wins in place in the public sector and yet to be officially delivered. GLALTH
Wincanton £3.60 prediction. Last Sunday’s FT stated primed for takeover.
Wincanton plunged, as did the whole sector as you said linked to COVID but a great performance throughout the sector sees all Logistics sp increasing. Even Eddie S is going up. One to watch to be honest as a AIM share at sub 10p.
I agree with rivaldo. mCap and Shares in circulation are key drivers.
As Win’s turnover increases, debt and liabilities reduce then operator if profit increases. mCap increases against the amount of shares in Circulation and share price increases.
Nothing to do with trust or non trust. If this drops any lower I’ll be buying. A great opportunity to buy in today. What’s not to trust about Wincanton. Great business, great teams and great customer relationships. ??
Great half year results all round up year on year and great future.
A very good update. Net debt is reduced once again and now only £15m.
I tend to agree with you here but my question and there is probably a simple answer, is, when will we start to see the share price go up. Is this when the volume of oil in the ground is firmed up so therefore the value of the overall find is realised?
