I am a strong believer that they have, I am personally a supporter of the EMT and VMV policy. This company will be 2.20 plus come end of August. Dividend in play and the past 3 weeks has seen substantial buys which outweigh the sells. Eccles - watch this space - contracts aren't signed by both parties lightly, it takes months of legal no matter which industry or business your in. OMHO GLA
